【摘要】："卓越人才"是應(yīng)用型本科技能型人才培養(yǎng)的主要目標(biāo),"工匠精神"是追求極致的精神,是對(duì)職業(yè)、對(duì)產(chǎn)品以及對(duì)企業(yè)負(fù)責(zé)的一種表現(xiàn)。推進(jìn)新時(shí)期我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)發(fā)展,需要重塑工匠精神。應(yīng)用型本科教育擔(dān)負(fù)著培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)高技能人才的重任,如能將"工匠"的職業(yè)素養(yǎng)以及職業(yè)態(tài)度融入到應(yīng)用型人才培育的全過(guò)程,促進(jìn)"卓越人才培養(yǎng)"與"工匠精神"的有效結(jié)合,該文結(jié)合應(yīng)用型本科院校"卓越人才培養(yǎng)"計(jì)劃的實(shí)施與"工匠精神培育"的必要性和途徑加以探討,以求促進(jìn)"卓越人才培養(yǎng)"與"工匠精神培育"得到有效傳承。
[Abstract]:"Outstanding talents" is the main goal of the cultivation of application-oriented undergraduate skilled talents, "artisans' spirit" is the pursuit of the utmost spirit, is to the profession. In order to promote the economic transformation and development of our country in the new period, it is necessary to remold the spirit of craftsmen. The applied undergraduate education bears the heavy responsibility of cultivating high quality and high skill talents. If we can integrate the professional accomplishment and attitude of "artisans" into the whole process of cultivating applied talents, we can promote the effective combination of "outstanding talents training" and "craftsman spirit". This paper probes into the necessity and approach of the implementation of "excellent talents training" program and the "cultivation of craftsmen 'spirit" in applied undergraduate colleges and universities. In order to promote the "outstanding talent training" and "artisan spirit cultivation" to get effective inheritance.
