【摘要】：1932年以北平師大的停辦危機(jī)為中心的高師制度存廢之爭(zhēng),其表面上圍繞著以何種方式培養(yǎng)中等師資問(wèn)題而展開,實(shí)際上由師法對(duì)象的轉(zhuǎn)移、保存派與廢除派在教師職業(yè)專業(yè)性問(wèn)題上的學(xué)理分歧以及政學(xué)兩界內(nèi)部的派系矛盾等深層原因所致。此次停辦危機(jī)不僅在很大程度上導(dǎo)致了此后北平師范大學(xué)發(fā)展上的曲折和被迫進(jìn)行的"整理"運(yùn)動(dòng),而且?guī)缀踉斐筛叩葞煼督逃贫鹊母矞纭?0世紀(jì)30年代中國(guó)高師存廢危機(jī)是中國(guó)教師專業(yè)化過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的困境或挫折,總結(jié)這場(chǎng)存廢之爭(zhēng),給我們留下了一些重要的啟示或思考。
[Abstract]:In 1932, the dispute over the retention and abolition of the normal university system centered on the crisis of suspension of the Peiping normal University, on the surface, revolved around the question of how to cultivate the middle teachers, and in fact the object of the teacher's law was transferred. The academic differences between the conservationists and the abolitionists on the professional nature of teachers, as well as the factional contradictions between the two circles of politics and science, were caused by the deep reasons. The suspension crisis not only led to the development of Peiping normal University to a great extent since then, but also resulted in the development of the Peiping normal University. "the twists and turns of the exhibition" Tidying up the movement. And almost caused the collapse of the higher normal education system. In 30s, the crisis of the existence and abolition of Chinese teachers colleges is a dilemma or setback in the process of the professionalization of Chinese teachers. Left us with some important enlightenment or thinking.
