【摘要】：高校與校友彼此認(rèn)同是高校開展校友工作的前提和基礎(chǔ)。由于相互認(rèn)同的表現(xiàn)方式及強(qiáng)度不同,高校與校友間的認(rèn)同關(guān)系分為互認(rèn)恒常型、雙強(qiáng)雙趨型、強(qiáng)趨弱避型、雙弱雙避型四種類型。從高校校友工作的實(shí)際開展?fàn)顩r看,其認(rèn)同關(guān)系的處理方式出現(xiàn)擇其一時(shí)而系之、擇其優(yōu)者而認(rèn)之、擇其利益而趨之、擇其劣者而疏之、擇其私者而維之等幾種偏差。要發(fā)揮校友在高校發(fā)展中的積極作用,高校的校友工作需要確立一視同仁、非功利化的認(rèn)同理念,建立健全聯(lián)系經(jīng)�；�、溝通主動(dòng)化、參與多樣化的校友工作機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:Mutual identification between universities and alumni is the premise and foundation of the work of alumni. Due to the different expression and intensity of mutual identification, the identification relationship between universities and alumni can be divided into mutual recognition constant type, double strong and double trend type. From the view of the actual situation of the work of alumni in colleges and universities, the handling of the identification relationship appears to be selected for a while and it is selected for the best, and its interests tend to be chosen. In order to give play to the positive role of alumni in the development of colleges and universities, the work of alumni in colleges and universities needs to establish the concept of equal treatment and non-utilitarianism. Establish and improve the regular contact, communication initiative, participate in a variety of alumni work mechanism.
