【摘要】：勞動,一個古老而又永恒的話題,它構(gòu)成了人的基本存在方式和基本的實(shí)踐活動,人們不能而且也無法忽略它的存在和它的作用。勤于勞動不僅是中華民族的優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)美德,而且還造就了輝煌的歷史文明。但是,今天的“勞動”已經(jīng)不再是是一種單純意義上的勞動,它不斷的激發(fā)人們奮斗的熱情和創(chuàng)新的潛能,是集智慧和勇氣于一身的“創(chuàng)造”。當(dāng)代大學(xué)生是建設(shè)中國特色社會主義偉大事業(yè)最具活力的一支隊(duì)伍,是創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動發(fā)展的生力軍和突擊隊(duì)。但是,由于大學(xué)生的思想認(rèn)知正處于形成階段,還未定型,心理發(fā)展還不成熟,社會生活經(jīng)驗(yàn)缺乏,對事物的分辨能力較弱,他們的思想意識很容易受到外界因素的沖擊和影響,所以,出現(xiàn)了大學(xué)生勞動意識淡薄的現(xiàn)象。當(dāng)代大學(xué)生勞動意識的強(qiáng)弱不僅直接影響著自身能否健康快樂的成長,而且還與中華民族的偉大復(fù)興息息相關(guān)。因此,探索增強(qiáng)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生勞動意識的方式方法擁有重大的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和深遠(yuǎn)的歷史影響。本文在國內(nèi)外多位學(xué)者對勞動問題的研究成果基礎(chǔ)上,通過尋找當(dāng)代大學(xué)生勞動意識存在的問題并對問題產(chǎn)生的原因進(jìn)行分析,以及試圖從多個角度思考提升當(dāng)代大學(xué)生勞動意識的整體思路和具體實(shí)施方案。本論文正文分為三個部分,具體概述如下:第一部分:闡述勞動的相關(guān)理論。首先,對勞動和勞動意識的相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行界定;其次,對勞動意識培養(yǎng)的主要理論依據(jù)進(jìn)行了概述,主要包括對馬克思主義的勞動觀和毛澤東思想的勞動觀的論述;最后,概括了勞動意識培養(yǎng)的意義,不斷地強(qiáng)化對當(dāng)代大學(xué)生的勞動意識培養(yǎng),不僅可以提高大學(xué)生整體素質(zhì)水平,促進(jìn)他們身心的全面發(fā)展,而且有利于在實(shí)踐中積極貫徹和落實(shí)社會主義核心價值觀。第二部分:尋找當(dāng)代大學(xué)生在勞動意識方面存在的問題,并分析問題產(chǎn)生的原因。首先,闡述了當(dāng)代大學(xué)生勞動意識存在的問題,主要包括勞動意識淡薄、勞動價值取向功利化和大學(xué)生在擇業(yè)、就業(yè)中勞動意識缺失三個方面;其次,從社會、學(xué)校、家庭和大學(xué)生自身四個層面系統(tǒng)的分析當(dāng)代大學(xué)生勞動意識薄弱的原因。發(fā)現(xiàn)問題,分析原因,進(jìn)而提出相應(yīng)的研究對策,提高大學(xué)生勞動意識培養(yǎng)的目的性和針對性。第三部分:探索增強(qiáng)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生勞動意識培養(yǎng)的整體思路和具體實(shí)施方法。首先,拓寬社會在當(dāng)代大學(xué)生勞動意識培養(yǎng)方面的渠道,主要從加強(qiáng)社會主義勞動意識培養(yǎng)的理論建設(shè)、弘揚(yáng)勞模精神,發(fā)揮先進(jìn)典型的示范作用和以“大眾創(chuàng)業(yè),萬眾創(chuàng)新”引領(lǐng)社會風(fēng)尚,積極營造崇尚勞動、勇于創(chuàng)新的社會氛圍三方面進(jìn)行分析;其次,深化學(xué)校在大學(xué)生勞動意識培養(yǎng)方面的關(guān)鍵作用,從樹立全面發(fā)展的教育理念、重視教師的榜樣示范作用、各個高校要深度參與創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施,為大學(xué)生勞動意識培養(yǎng)清障搭臺三個方面進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)分析;再次,奠定家庭在大學(xué)生勞動意識培養(yǎng)方面的基礎(chǔ)作用,主要包括父母要從小培養(yǎng)子女的勞動意識、樹立正確的家庭教育觀念,重視好家風(fēng)在子女勞動意識培養(yǎng)方面的作用兩方面;最后,發(fā)揮大學(xué)生自身在勞動意識培養(yǎng)方面的根本作用,主要包括大學(xué)生要不斷進(jìn)行自我教育,培育精益求精的工匠精神、增強(qiáng)勞動的自覺性和創(chuàng)造性,積極主動地參與就業(yè)和努力實(shí)現(xiàn)自主創(chuàng)業(yè)。當(dāng)代大學(xué)生是建設(shè)中國特色社會偉大事業(yè)最具活力的一支隊(duì)伍,他們承載著國家的希望和民族的美好未來。因此,我們在當(dāng)代大學(xué)生勞動意識培養(yǎng)過程中要積極主動吸收國內(nèi)外專家的優(yōu)秀理論成果和實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),充分調(diào)動整個社會的積極因素,形成一股合力,以期當(dāng)代大學(xué)生的勞動意識能夠得到有效的提升,熱愛勞動、勤于勞動,既要埋頭苦干,又要努力創(chuàng)新,為中華民族的偉大復(fù)興披肝瀝膽。
[Abstract]:Labor, an old and eternal topic, it constitutes the basic way of human existence and the basic practice, people cannot and should not ignore its existence and its role. Diligent labor is not only the excellent traditional virtues of the Chinese nation, but also created a glorious history of civilization. However, today's "labor" is no longer a simple sense of labor, it continues to inspire people to struggle enthusiasm and the potential for innovation, is a set of wisdom and courage in a "creation". The contemporary college students is a team building Chinese characteristic socialism is the most dynamic, is the development of innovation driven force and assault team. However, because of the ideological cognition is in the forming stage, has not been finalized, psychological development is not mature, lack of social experience, things distinguish ability is weak, their ideology Is vulnerable to external factors impact and influence, so that the college students' labor consciousness phenomenon. Labor consciousness of contemporary college students not only directly affect their ability to grow up healthy and happy, but also closely related to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Therefore, exploring the enhancement methods of contemporary college students' awareness of labor has great practical significance and the profound historical influence. In this paper, a number of domestic and foreign scholars' research results on the basis of labor problems, analyze the reasons by looking for the contemporary college students awareness of labor problems and on problems, and try to think of contemporary college students raise awareness of labor overall planning and implementation plan from different angles. This paper can be divided into the three part, the details are summarized as follows: the first part: elaborate the related theory of labor. First of all, the labor and labor consciousness The definition of related concepts; secondly, the main theoretical basis of labor consciousness cultivation are summarized, including the theory of Marx labor view and thought of Mao Zedong's concept of labor is discussed; finally, summarizes the significance of labor consciousness, strengthen labor consciousness of contemporary college students training, not only can improve the overall quality level college students, promote the comprehensive development of their physical and mental health, but also conducive to actively implement the socialist core values in practice. The second part: the search for contemporary college students in the labor awareness of the existing problems, and analyzes the causes of the problems. Firstly, expounds the contemporary college students' awareness of labor problems, including labor consciousness. The utilitarian values and college students in employment, employment in the absence of labor consciousness in three aspects; secondly, from society, school, family and The students themselves four aspects of system analysis of contemporary college students' labor consciousness weak reason. The third part is to explore and enhance the overall ideas and specific implementation methods of contemporary college students' labor consciousness. First, broaden the social in the channels of contemporary college students' awareness of labor training, mainly from the theoretical construction of strengthening the cultivation of socialist labor consciousness, promote the spirit of model workers, advanced to play the typical role model and the "public entrepreneurship, innovation" to lead society, actively create advocating labor and innovative social atmosphere to analyze three aspects; secondly, deepen the school in the key role of Cultivating College Students' labor consciousness, from setting up the all-round development education idea, the importance of teachers as Example In various colleges and universities to participate in depth innovation driven development strategy, three aspects of the cultivation of College Students' awareness of labor wrecker stage system analysis; thirdly, based on the cultivation of College Students' role lay home labor consciousness, mainly including parents to cultivate their children's awareness of labor since childhood, to establish a correct concept of family education, pay attention to good tradition in children two aspects of labor consciousness; finally, the students themselves play a fundamental role in the cultivation of labor consciousness, including college students to educate themselves, cultivate the excellence of the artisan spirit, strengthen labor consciousness and creativity, actively participate in efforts to achieve employment and entrepreneurship. Contemporary college students are a great team the cause of building the most dynamic characteristics of social China, they carry the good future hope of the nation and the nation for. This, we should actively absorb domestic and foreign experts of the outstanding theoretical achievements and practical experience in the process of contemporary college students' awareness of labor, fully mobilize the positive factors of the whole society, to form a joint force to the contemporary college students' awareness of labor can be effectively promoted, love of labor, diligent labor, not only to work hard, but also innovation efforts, for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation Piganlidan.
