體育院校體育人文社會(huì)學(xué)專業(yè)碩士研究生課程建設(shè)中的效能認(rèn)同研究

【摘要】:課程建設(shè)是專業(yè)建設(shè)的基礎(chǔ),是實(shí)現(xiàn)人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)的重要保證。針對目前體育院校體育人文社會(huì)學(xué)專業(yè)(專業(yè)代碼:040301)課程建設(shè)的實(shí)際情況,運(yùn)用課程效能認(rèn)同的視角,深入分析體育院校體育人文社會(huì)學(xué)專業(yè)碩士研究生課程建設(shè)效能認(rèn)同的差異性,并以提高效能認(rèn)同的角度,提出課程建設(shè)的策略。這對體育院校進(jìn)行課程建設(shè)、提高體育人文社會(huì)學(xué)專業(yè)碩士研究生培養(yǎng)的質(zhì)量具有重要的理論和實(shí)踐實(shí)意義。本研究采用文獻(xiàn)資料、專家訪談和問卷調(diào)查等研究方法,以北京體育大學(xué)、上海體育學(xué)院、武漢體育學(xué)院、沈陽體育學(xué)院和廣州體育學(xué)院體育人文社會(huì)學(xué)專業(yè)碩士研究生導(dǎo)師、專職專任教師和體育人文社會(huì)學(xué)領(lǐng)域?qū)<疫M(jìn)行調(diào)查,分析體育學(xué)院體育人文社會(huì)學(xué)專業(yè)研究生課程建設(shè)的課程效能認(rèn)同的差異性,并以此提出相關(guān)策略。研究結(jié)合文獻(xiàn)資料和專家訪談的結(jié)果,將體育院校體育人文社會(huì)學(xué)碩士研究生課程建設(shè)分為公共基礎(chǔ)課程建設(shè)、核心課程群建設(shè)、示范課程建設(shè)、交叉學(xué)科課程建設(shè)、課程體系貫通建設(shè)、教學(xué)方法和手段建設(shè)、教材建設(shè)、課程與教學(xué)評價(jià)和質(zhì)量保障體系建設(shè)、課程教學(xué)網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺和課程資源建設(shè)、課程與教學(xué)規(guī)范體系建設(shè)和研究生導(dǎo)師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)。同時(shí)將課程效能認(rèn)同分為總體意向、實(shí)用性、行為意向、擔(dān)心問題、校內(nèi)支持、校外支持和成本效益7個(gè)變量。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),體育院校體育人文社會(huì)學(xué)課程建設(shè)在課程效能認(rèn)同上,女教師對于課程建設(shè)的認(rèn)同度高于男教師;年輕教師高于其他教師;講師職稱的老師高于其他職稱教師;北京體育大學(xué)的認(rèn)同度要相對高于其他院校;不同課程建設(shè)在成本效益、實(shí)用性和行為意向等公共基礎(chǔ)課程效能認(rèn)同上具有顯著性差異。課程建設(shè)對課程效能認(rèn)同變量中的成本效益、實(shí)用性和行為意向存在高度相關(guān)。另外,本研究分別對基于課程效能認(rèn)同的體育院校體育人文社會(huì)學(xué)碩士研究生課程建設(shè)進(jìn)行了策略分析。在研究中經(jīng)過分析,主要從公共基礎(chǔ)課程建設(shè)、核心課程群建設(shè)、示范課程建設(shè)、交叉學(xué)科課程建設(shè)、課程體系貫通建設(shè)、教學(xué)方法和教學(xué)手段建設(shè)、教材建設(shè)、課程與教學(xué)評價(jià)和質(zhì)量保障體系建設(shè)、課程教學(xué)網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺和課程資源建設(shè)、課程與教學(xué)規(guī)范體系建設(shè)、研究生導(dǎo)師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)等11個(gè)方面提出相應(yīng)的實(shí)施策略。
[Abstract]:Curriculum construction is the foundation of professional construction and an important guarantee to achieve the goal of talent training. Aiming at the actual situation of the curriculum construction of sports humanities sociology major (professional code: 040301) in sports colleges and universities at present. From the perspective of curriculum efficacy identity, this paper deeply analyzes the differences of curriculum efficiency identity of postgraduates majoring in sports humanities sociology in physical education colleges and universities, and raises the perspective of efficiency identity. It is of great theoretical and practical significance for physical education colleges to carry out curriculum construction and improve the quality of postgraduate training in sports humanities and sociology. Experts interview and questionnaire survey methods, with Beijing Sports University, Shanghai Institute of physical Education, Wuhan Institute of physical Education, Shenyang Institute of physical Education and Guangzhou Institute of Sports Institute of sports humanities sociology postgraduate tutor. Full-time teachers and sports humanities sociology experts in the field of investigation, analysis of sports humanities sociology postgraduate curriculum construction of curriculum effectiveness identity differences. And put forward the relevant strategies. The study combined with the literature and the results of expert interviews, sports humanities sociology graduate course construction is divided into public basic curriculum construction, core curriculum group construction. Demonstration curriculum construction, cross-disciplinary curriculum construction, curriculum system construction, teaching methods and means construction, textbook construction, curriculum and teaching evaluation and quality assurance system construction. Curriculum teaching network platform and curriculum resources construction, curriculum and teaching norms system construction and graduate tutor team building. At the same time, the identification of curriculum effectiveness can be divided into general intention, practicability, behavior intention, concern problems. There are 7 variables of internal support, out-of-school support and cost-benefit. The study found that female teachers have higher identification with curriculum efficiency than male teachers in curriculum efficiency identification of physical education humanities sociology curriculum construction in physical education colleges and universities; Young teachers are higher than other teachers; The teachers with the professional titles of lecturers are higher than those with other titles; The degree of identity of Beijing physical Education University is higher than that of other universities. Different curriculum construction has significant differences in the identification of public basic curriculum effectiveness, such as cost-effectiveness, practicability and behavioral intention. There is a high correlation between practicability and behavioral intention. In addition, this study has carried on the strategy analysis to the sports humanities sociology graduate student course construction based on the curriculum efficiency identity. Mainly from the public basic curriculum construction, the core curriculum group construction, the demonstration curriculum construction, the cross-disciplinary curriculum construction, the curriculum system construction, the teaching method and the teaching means construction, the teaching material construction. The corresponding implementation strategies are put forward in 11 aspects, such as the construction of curriculum and teaching evaluation and quality assurance system, the construction of curriculum teaching network platform and curriculum resources, the construction of curriculum and teaching standard system, and the construction of graduate tutor team.
