【摘要】：在高校學(xué)科基礎(chǔ)課的教學(xué)中,普遍存在著不同教師的授課水平差異較大、不同課堂的教學(xué)內(nèi)容不夠統(tǒng)一、不同課堂的教學(xué)方法差異明顯等問題,導(dǎo)致學(xué)科基礎(chǔ)課教學(xué)效果欠佳。課程組由講授同一門課程的多位教師組成教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì),建立溝通機(jī)制,增進(jìn)教師之間的傳、幫、帶;規(guī)范教學(xué)內(nèi)容,統(tǒng)一教學(xué)進(jìn)度;改進(jìn)教學(xué)方法,提升授課水平,大幅度改進(jìn)學(xué)科基礎(chǔ)課的教學(xué)效果。學(xué)科基礎(chǔ)課課程組建設(shè)的組織與實(shí)施是一個(gè)復(fù)雜的系統(tǒng)工程,需要學(xué)校、學(xué)院、教師等多個(gè)層面的利益主體積極參與、密切配合。
[Abstract]:In the teaching of basic courses in colleges and universities, there are many problems, such as the different teachers' teaching level is different, the teaching contents of different classes are not uniform enough, and the teaching methods of different classes are obviously different, etc. The course group consists of many teachers who teach the same course to form a teaching team, to establish a communication mechanism, to enhance the transmission, help and lead among teachers; Standardizing teaching content and unifying teaching progress; Improving the teaching method, improving the teaching level, and greatly improving the teaching effect of the subject basic course. The organization and implementation of the course group construction of the subject basic course is a complex system engineering, which needs the school and the college. Teachers and other levels of the main interests of active participation, close cooperation.
