對(duì)外漢語(yǔ)教師課堂教學(xué)效果評(píng)價(jià)的個(gè)案研究

【摘要】: 隨著對(duì)外漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)的發(fā)展,對(duì)對(duì)外漢語(yǔ)教師的教學(xué)水平要求也不斷提高。對(duì)外漢語(yǔ)教師是中國(guó)文化的傳播使者,代表著中國(guó)的形象,因此,對(duì)外漢語(yǔ)教師教學(xué)水平的優(yōu)劣對(duì)于對(duì)外漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)質(zhì)量有著至關(guān)重要的作用。好的對(duì)外漢語(yǔ)教師能夠關(guān)注文化差異,善于交流和溝通,了解留學(xué)生的需求,得到學(xué)生的認(rèn)可;相反,一名不合格的對(duì)外漢語(yǔ)教師可能就是根本不了解留學(xué)生的需求,不懂跨文化差異。所以,留學(xué)生評(píng)價(jià)對(duì)外漢語(yǔ)教師是目前對(duì)外漢語(yǔ)教師評(píng)價(jià)的重要手段。然而,目前對(duì)對(duì)外漢語(yǔ)教師教學(xué)質(zhì)量的評(píng)價(jià)各個(gè)學(xué)校各自為政,還沒(méi)有一個(gè)統(tǒng)一而標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的體系。本文針對(duì)目前在對(duì)外漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)中存在的問(wèn)題,通過(guò)大量的調(diào)查訪談,本著以學(xué)論教的現(xiàn)代教學(xué)理念,構(gòu)建了新的教師評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 第一章介紹了本研究所用的相關(guān)理論及本研究課題的研究現(xiàn)狀,闡述了本文的研究背景研究思路。 第二章介紹了本文研究的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 第三章介紹了本文的研究?jī)?nèi)容和研究方法。 第四章對(duì)留學(xué)生進(jìn)行了個(gè)案調(diào)查,分析了學(xué)生對(duì)教師教學(xué)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)產(chǎn)生差異的原因,然后提出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:With the development of teaching Chinese as a foreign language (TCFL), the teaching requirements of TCFL teachers have been improved. Teachers of Chinese as a foreign language (TCFL) are the propagating messengers of Chinese culture and represent the image of China. Therefore, the quality of teaching Chinese teachers as a foreign language (TCFL) plays an important role in the quality of TCFL. A good teacher of Chinese as a foreign language can pay attention to cultural differences, be good at communicating and communicating, understand the needs of foreign students, and be recognized by the students. On the contrary, an unqualified teacher of Chinese as a foreign language may not understand the needs of foreign students at all. Do not understand cross-cultural differences. Therefore, it is an important means for foreign students to evaluate Chinese teachers as a foreign language. However, there is no uniform and standard system for evaluating the teaching quality of TCFL teachers. In view of the problems existing in the evaluation of teaching Chinese as a foreign language at present, through a large number of investigation and interviews, this paper constructs a new evaluation standard for teachers in the light of the modern teaching concept of teaching based on learning theory. The first chapter introduces the relevant theories used in this study and the research status quo of this research topic, and describes the research background of this paper. The second chapter introduces the theoretical and practical significance of this study. The third chapter introduces the research contents and methods of this paper. The fourth chapter makes a case study on the foreign students, analyzes the reasons for the difference between students' evaluation of teachers' teaching quality, and then puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
