對外漢語教師海外工作中面臨的文化差異及文化適應

【摘要】:當今,世界上已經(jīng)形成學習漢語的熱潮。越來越多的漢語教師到世界各地從事漢語教學工作,漢語教師必須在多元化的文化中進行漢語教學。泰國是近年來出現(xiàn)漢語學習熱潮的國家之一,由于泰國政府特別是詩琳通公主對漢語的大力支持,使泰國的漢語教育事業(yè)有了高速的發(fā)展。在這種情況下,越來越多的漢語教師將到泰國從事漢語教學工作。在國外任教的漢語教師面對的是不同于本國的異國文化,這就使得漢語教師在國外的生活中面臨著文化差異的問題。這些文化差異是影響跨文化交際的重要因素。如何幫助漢語教師在跨文化交際中認識到文化的差異性,以及在國外的生活和工作中漢語教師如何利用文化差異進行自身的調整等問題成為漢語教師在國外能夠順利傳播中國文化的關鍵。 本文主要根據(jù)筆者在泰國的教學經(jīng)驗,分析中泰兩國在語言、生活方式和宗教信仰等多方面存在著差異性。這些文化差異給漢語教師在生活上、工作上和教學中產(chǎn)生了一定的文化沖擊,并在某種程度上影響著對外漢語教師的跨文化交際。本文根據(jù)文化差異的具體現(xiàn)象對中泰國的文化進行對比分析,試圖進一步從理論上探究兩國的文化差異,進而很據(jù)這些文化差異探討漢語教師如何克服文化差異順利實現(xiàn)對不同文化的適應。 隨著中泰兩國文化交流的日益增進,泰國漢語教學也會越來越完善。漢語教師在對外漢語教學中是重要的主導作用。在某種程度上,漢語教師能否對不同文化的適應對教師是否能較好的完成漢語教學起著關鍵性的作用。因此,本文試圖根據(jù)分析文化的差異來幫助漢語教師提高跨文化交際意識,并通過對漢語教師有意識的進行跨文化訓練來幫助漢語教師增強對不同文化的適應能力,避免或減少跨文化交際中的失誤,從而幫助漢語教師更好的完成教學任務。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, there is an upsurge in learning Chinese in the world. More and more Chinese teachers are working in Chinese teaching all over the world. Chinese teachers must teach Chinese in a diverse culture. Thailand is one of the countries that has seen a boom in learning Chinese in recent years, due to the strong support of the Thai government, especially Princess Sirindhorn, for the Chinese language. As a result of the rapid development of Chinese language education in Thailand, more and more Chinese teachers will come to Thailand to work in Chinese teaching. This makes Chinese teachers face the problem of cultural differences in their lives abroad. These cultural differences are important factors affecting cross-cultural communication. How to help Chinese teachers realize cultural differences in cross-cultural communication? And how Chinese teachers make use of cultural differences to adjust themselves in their life and work abroad has become the key to the smooth spread of Chinese culture abroad. Based on the author's teaching experience in Thailand, this paper analyzes the differences in language, lifestyle and religious beliefs between China and Thailand. At work and in teaching, there has been a certain cultural shock, and to some extent has affected the intercultural communication of teachers of Chinese as a foreign language. This paper makes a comparative analysis of the Chinese and Thai cultures according to the specific phenomena of cultural differences. This paper attempts to further explore the cultural differences between the two countries theoretically, and then, according to these cultural differences, discusses how Chinese teachers can overcome the cultural differences and successfully realize their adaptation to different cultures. With the increasing cultural exchanges between China and Thailand, the teaching of Chinese in Thailand will become more and more perfect. Chinese teachers play an important and leading role in teaching Chinese as a foreign language. To some extent, Whether Chinese teachers can adapt to different cultures plays a key role in teachers' ability to complete Chinese teaching. Therefore, based on the analysis of cultural differences, this paper tries to help Chinese teachers improve their awareness of intercultural communication. And through the conscious cross-cultural training to help Chinese teachers to enhance their ability to adapt to different cultures, to avoid or reduce the mistakes in cross-cultural communication, so as to help Chinese teachers to complete their teaching tasks better.
