【摘要】：四川廣播電視大學(xué)按省、市、縣三級(jí)的辦學(xué)模式來(lái)辦學(xué),全省有27家市州系統(tǒng)電大、150多家縣級(jí)電大,每學(xué)期涉及3000多種教材,發(fā)行總量約100萬(wàn)冊(cè),發(fā)行碼洋約1500萬(wàn)元。這就使得四川廣播電視大學(xué)教材配發(fā)具有工作地域廣、涉及教材種類(lèi)眾多的特點(diǎn)。目前使用的軟件系統(tǒng)是一款基于Novell網(wǎng)的教材發(fā)行軟件,該軟件系統(tǒng)操作不夠便利,功能也不夠完善,遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不能滿(mǎn)足當(dāng)前工作的需要。因而,我校急需開(kāi)發(fā)一款操作方便、功能強(qiáng)大、運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定的教材管理與發(fā)行軟件。本論文詳細(xì)地分析了四川廣播電視大學(xué)教材管理與發(fā)行模式的特殊需求,并最終確定開(kāi)發(fā)一款基于C/S模式的教材管理與發(fā)行軟件。該軟件的設(shè)計(jì)與開(kāi)發(fā)完全基于四川廣播電視大學(xué)教材管理需求,因而更加具有實(shí)用性和可操作性。本論文結(jié)構(gòu)共分為五個(gè)章節(jié)。第一章主要介紹了本論文的背景、意義,國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀,以及所研究的內(nèi)容；第二章主要是從用戶(hù)的角度出發(fā)探討系統(tǒng)的需求分析,包括目標(biāo)需求、功能需求、性能需求,以及系統(tǒng)各模塊的數(shù)據(jù)流圖的建立：第三章主要探討了四川廣播電視大學(xué)教材管理發(fā)行系統(tǒng)的分析與設(shè)計(jì),主要內(nèi)容包括系統(tǒng)模塊的劃分與設(shè)計(jì)以及數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的設(shè)計(jì)；第四章主要討論了系統(tǒng)詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn),本章主要按第三章的劃分,通過(guò)程序框圖加文字的方式表達(dá)出實(shí)現(xiàn)的思想、處理邏輯與過(guò)程；第五章主要介紹運(yùn)行環(huán)境,以及對(duì)運(yùn)行效果進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)要的展示。該軟件實(shí)現(xiàn)了電大系統(tǒng)特有的省校、市州分校、縣級(jí)工作的三級(jí)管理模式,方便了省、市、縣三級(jí)教材管理人員的工作,較大地提高了工作效率和工作的準(zhǔn)確性。
[Abstract]:Sichuan Radio and Television University runs schools according to the mode of running a school at the provincial, municipal and county levels. There are 27 city-state RTVU and more than 150 county-level RTVU, involving more than 3000 kinds of teaching materials per semester, with a total distribution of about 1 million copies and a distribution of about 15 million yuan. This makes the distribution of teaching materials in Sichuan Radio and Television University have the characteristics of a wide range of working areas and a wide range of teaching materials. At present, the software system is a teaching material distribution software based on Novell net. The software system is not convenient enough to operate and the function is not perfect enough, which is far from meeting the needs of the current work. Therefore, our school urgently needs to develop a convenient operation, powerful, stable operation of teaching material management and distribution software. This paper analyzes in detail the special needs of teaching material management and distribution mode in Sichuan Radio and Television University, and finally determines and develops a teaching material management and distribution software based on C / S mode. The design and development of the software is based on the teaching material management requirements of Sichuan Radio and Television University, so it is more practical and operable. The structure of this paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter mainly introduces the background, significance, current situation at home and abroad, as well as the content of this paper. The second chapter mainly discusses the requirements analysis of the system from the perspective of users, including target requirements, functional requirements, performance requirements. And the establishment of the data flow diagram of each module of the system: the third chapter mainly discusses the analysis and design of the textbook management and distribution system of Sichuan Radio and Television University, including the division and design of the system module and the design of the database. The fourth chapter mainly discusses the detailed design and implementation of the system, this chapter is mainly according to the division of the third chapter, through the program block diagram plus text to express the idea of implementation, processing logic and process; The fifth chapter mainly introduces the running environment, as well as the running effect carries on the brief display. The software realizes the three-level management mode of provincial, municipal and county-level work in RTVU system, facilitates the work of provincial, municipal and county textbook managers, and greatly improves the work efficiency and accuracy of the work.
