論文化回應(yīng)性教育對我國民族地區(qū)學(xué)校教育的啟示

【摘要】:文化回應(yīng)性教育是美國為了解決來自不同種族和文化背景的學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)適應(yīng)性,培養(yǎng)具有獨特能力的人而提出來的,經(jīng)過多年的研究和實踐,取得了很好的效果。本文分析文化回應(yīng)性教育產(chǎn)生的背景,闡釋其基本內(nèi)涵,在分析我國民族地區(qū)學(xué)校教育存在的普遍問題的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了文化回應(yīng)性教育對我國少數(shù)民族地的學(xué)校教育改革與發(fā)展的啟示:確立"民族文化回應(yīng)性"辦學(xué)理念,以培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的社會適應(yīng)能力和創(chuàng)造力;開發(fā)"民族文化回應(yīng)性"課程,搭建學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)與生活之間的橋梁;培養(yǎng)"民族文化回應(yīng)性"教師,提升學(xué)生的學(xué)業(yè)成績;出臺有力政策,推動"民族文化回應(yīng)性"教育的真正落實。
[Abstract]:Cultural responsive education is proposed by the United States in order to solve the problem of learning adaptability of students from different ethnic and cultural backgrounds and to cultivate people with unique abilities. After many years of research and practice, it has achieved very good results. This paper analyzes the background of the emergence of cultural responsive education, explains its basic connotation, and on the basis of analyzing the common problems existing in school education in ethnic areas of our country, This paper puts forward the enlightenment of cultural responsive education to the reform and development of school education in ethnic minority areas in our country: establishing the idea of "national cultural responsiveness" in order to cultivate students' ability of social adaptation and creativity; To develop the course of "ethnic cultural responsiveness", to build a bridge between students' study and life, to cultivate "national cultural responsiveness" teachers, to improve students' academic achievements; We will introduce strong policies to promote the real implementation of "national cultural responsiveness" education.
