家庭中幼小銜接教育的問(wèn)題及對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:2016年,教育部組織開(kāi)展了第五個(gè)全國(guó)“學(xué)前教育宣傳月”活動(dòng),活動(dòng)的主題是“幼小協(xié)同,科學(xué)銜接”。這也是自“學(xué)前教育宣傳月”活動(dòng)開(kāi)展以來(lái),首次將幼小銜接作為該活動(dòng)的主題!队變簣@工作規(guī)程》《幼兒園教育指導(dǎo)綱要(試行)》都明確指出,要加強(qiáng)幼小銜接工作,充分發(fā)揮家庭、幼兒園和小學(xué)的密切合作,為幼兒的幼小銜接提供保障。如今,全社會(huì)已經(jīng)能夠認(rèn)識(shí)到“幼小銜接”的重要性,特別是80后、90后的幼兒家長(zhǎng),更希望自己的孩子在幼兒園升小學(xué)階段能夠順利過(guò)渡、銜接。但目前調(diào)查研究表明,在家庭中幼小銜接仍然存在一些問(wèn)題,最主要的問(wèn)題就是家長(zhǎng)的教育觀念以及在實(shí)際的家庭教育中的教育策略運(yùn)用不當(dāng)。本研究將從家庭中幼小銜接教育的角度出發(fā),具體研究思路如下:第一章概述主要介紹相關(guān)概念。首先是對(duì)“家庭教育”、“幼小銜接”、“入學(xué)準(zhǔn)備”作出具體的界定和闡述,并對(duì)“幼小銜接”與“入學(xué)準(zhǔn)備”進(jìn)行了對(duì)比區(qū)別,進(jìn)而明確了“家庭中幼小銜接”這一概念。在明確概念的基礎(chǔ)上,從家庭教育的意義、目前家庭中幼小銜接教育存在的問(wèn)題等方面,闡明了家庭中幼小銜接教育的重要性。第二章運(yùn)用訪談法和問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法,圍繞家庭教育中幼小銜接的相關(guān)問(wèn)題展開(kāi)調(diào)查,結(jié)合現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查結(jié)果指出家庭中幼小銜接存在父母焦慮情緒嚴(yán)重、“超前教育”、“單向銜接”、家庭文化環(huán)境的缺乏、盲從報(bào)班等諸多問(wèn)題,并探究分析得出造成問(wèn)題的原因?yàn)楦改稿e(cuò)誤的教育觀念、家園配合工作不到位、社會(huì)環(huán)境不良影響等。第三章提出家庭中幼小銜接教育的具體對(duì)策:父母樹(shù)立正確的教育觀念、優(yōu)化家庭教育策略、加強(qiáng)家庭與幼兒園、學(xué)校的溝通與互動(dòng)。其中,正確的教育觀念包括:明確父母角色定位、端正心態(tài)、尊重幼兒;家庭教育策略從幼兒的身體、心理、注意力、獨(dú)立性、學(xué)習(xí)興趣等方面提出具體化的教育指導(dǎo)策略。
[Abstract]:In 2016, the Ministry of Education organized the fifth National Awareness month for Preschool Education, the theme of which is "collaboration between children and children, scientific convergence". This is also the first time since the launch of the "Pre-school Education month" that the theme of the campaign is to link up young children. The guidelines for Kindergarten Education (for trial implementation) have clearly pointed out that it is necessary to strengthen the work of linking small and young children. Give full play to the close cooperation among families, kindergartens and primary schools, and provide protection for young children. Nowadays, the whole society has been able to realize the importance of "young and small cohesion". Especially, the post-80s and post-90s parents hope that their children will be able to smoothly transition and link up in kindergarten and primary school. However, the current investigation shows that there are still some problems in the connection of young children in the family. The most important problem is the improper application of parents' educational concepts and educational strategies in the actual family education. This research will start from the angle of the small and young education in the family, the specific research thought is as follows: the first chapter summarizes the related concepts. First of all, the author defines and expounds "family education", "young child cohesion", "school readiness", and makes a comparison between "young child cohesion" and "school readiness", and then clarifies the concept of "small cohesion in the family". On the basis of clear concept and the significance of family education and the problems existing in family education, this paper expounds the importance of family education. The second chapter uses the interview method and the questionnaire survey method, carries on the investigation around the family education young child connection related question, unifies the present situation investigation result to point out that the family small and young cohesion exists the parents anxious mood seriously, "leads the education", "unidirectional connection", lack of family cultural environment, blind follower and so on, and so on. The causes of the problems are the wrong educational concept of parents, the lack of cooperation of home and the bad influence of social environment, etc. In the third chapter, the author puts forward the concrete countermeasures: parents should set up the correct educational concept, optimize the family education strategy, strengthen the communication and interaction between the family and the kindergarten, and the school. Among them, the correct educational concept includes: clarifying the position of parents' role, rectifying the mentality, respecting the infant; the family education strategy puts forward the concrete educational guidance strategy from the infant's body, psychology, attention, independence, learning interest and so on.
