【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)合理化、高級(jí)化進(jìn)程的不斷加速,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)的過(guò)程對(duì)人才提出了諸多新需求,也進(jìn)一步豐富了高等繼續(xù)教育的內(nèi)涵和外延。通過(guò)分析美國(guó)、日本、德國(guó)等發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的高等繼續(xù)教育工作在匹配產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)過(guò)程中的寶貴經(jīng)驗(yàn),從高等繼續(xù)教育的內(nèi)容、目標(biāo)、形式等方面分析了產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)對(duì)高等繼續(xù)教育的需求。結(jié)合我國(guó)高等繼續(xù)教育的現(xiàn)狀,從加強(qiáng)高等繼續(xù)教育工作法制化體系建設(shè)、積極搭建高等繼續(xù)教育資源共享平臺(tái)建設(shè)、有效推動(dòng)高等繼續(xù)教育市場(chǎng)化多主體參與等方面提出了面向產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)的高等繼續(xù)教育改革與創(chuàng)新政策建議。
[Abstract]:With the rationalization of China's industrial structure and the acceleration of the process of advanced development, the process of upgrading the industrial structure puts forward many new demands for talents, and further enriches the connotation and extension of higher continuing education. Through the analysis of the valuable experience of higher continuing education in the process of matching industrial structure upgrading in the developed countries such as the United States, Japan, Germany, and so on, from the content and goal of higher continuing education, Form and other aspects of the industrial structure of the upgrading of higher continuing education needs. According to the current situation of higher continuing education in China, we should strengthen the construction of legalization system of higher continuing education, and actively build a platform for sharing resources of higher continuing education. The reform and innovation policies of higher continuing education oriented to the upgrading of industrial structure are put forward in the aspects of promoting market-oriented multi-subject participation of higher continuing education effectively.
