生態(tài)系統(tǒng)理論下的兒童學習障礙個案研究

【摘要】:兒童是人類社會中的一個重要群體,他們的成長和教育直接關系到家庭、國家、社會、世界的進步,然而在該群體中存在相當比例的學習障礙。探究學習障礙成因并通過社會工作手段干預解決,不僅對促進兒童健康成長具有重要意義,還對豐富社會工作內(nèi)容、促進社會工作實務進一步發(fā)展等具有重要意義。 本研究從環(huán)境系統(tǒng)理論的角度對學習障礙兒童的家庭環(huán)境、學校環(huán)境、社會環(huán)境等生活環(huán)境進行分析,找到學習障礙形成的具體原因,建立基于生態(tài)環(huán)境系統(tǒng)理論的學習障礙兒童介入模型。結(jié)合具體個案,采用觀察、問卷、訪談、行動研究和敘事治療等方法,通過家庭這一關鍵環(huán)節(jié),改善案主的親子關系、師生關系,轉(zhuǎn)變案主父母的教育理念和教養(yǎng)方式,使案主獲得更廣泛的人際支持,并在此基礎上,從案主具備的優(yōu)勢能力入手,,改變案主自身的內(nèi)環(huán)境,通過對案主的心理、行為、認知進行干預,增強了案主自信心,調(diào)動了其學習興趣,提高了其學習動機,改善了其學習能力和學習策略,強化案主在與環(huán)境互動中的改變;案主的學習成績得到提高,扭轉(zhuǎn)了案主學業(yè)成就與智力不匹配的現(xiàn)象。
[Abstract]:Children are an important group in human society. Their growth and education are directly related to the progress of family, country, society and the world. However, there is a considerable proportion of learning disabilities in this group. Exploring the causes of learning disabilities and solving them by means of social work are of great significance not only to promote the healthy growth of children, but also to enrich the contents of social work and promote the further development of social work practice. From the perspective of environmental system theory, this study analyzes the living environment of children with learning disabilities, such as family environment, school environment, social environment and so on, and finds out the specific reasons for the formation of learning disabilities. The intervention model of children with learning disabilities based on ecological environment system theory was established. Combined with specific cases, by means of observation, questionnaire, interview, action research and narrative therapy, through the key link of family, we can improve the parent-child relationship, teacher-student relationship, and change the parents' educational concept and parenting style. On the basis of this, the author can change his own internal environment by intervening in his psychology, behavior and cognition, so as to enhance his self-confidence. Mobilize their interest in learning, improve their learning motivation, improve their learning ability and learning strategies, strengthen the change in the interaction between the victim and the environment. It reverses the mismatch between academic achievement and intelligence.
