【摘要】：本文通過(guò)分析社區(qū)發(fā)展的定義,對(duì)基于社區(qū)發(fā)展的社區(qū)成人教育的涵義給出了詳細(xì)的解讀,并且闡述了其具體的功能表現(xiàn),最后通過(guò)分析和舉例的方式,從激發(fā)社區(qū)成人的學(xué)習(xí)主動(dòng)性和積極性及設(shè)置具有針對(duì)性的社區(qū)成人教育課程兩個(gè)方面,給出了實(shí)現(xiàn)基于社區(qū)發(fā)展的社區(qū)成人教育功能的具體建議和措施。
[Abstract]:By analyzing the definition of community development, this paper gives a detailed interpretation of the meaning of community adult education based on community development, and expounds its specific functional performance. From the aspects of arousing the initiative and enthusiasm of community adults and setting up targeted adult education courses in the community, the concrete suggestions and measures to realize the function of community adult education based on community development are given.
