【摘要】：正隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展水平的不斷提升,新時期的科技人才競爭成為影響經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展的一個重要因素。人才教育管理一直是國內(nèi)人才培養(yǎng)的重要保障,作為新時期人才培養(yǎng)的一個重要組成部分——成人教育,也是人才發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略中必不可少的一個重要環(huán)節(jié)。當(dāng)前國內(nèi)教育領(lǐng)域通過改革創(chuàng)新,正經(jīng)歷一個全新的人才培養(yǎng)發(fā)展時期,但是這個時期的人才培養(yǎng)在管理方面存在著一些問題,嚴(yán)重影響了人才教育管理與人才培養(yǎng)發(fā)展的和諧統(tǒng)一。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and society, the competition of scientific and technological talents has become an important factor affecting the development of economy and society. Talent education management has always been an important guarantee of talent training in China. As an important component of talent training in the new period, adult education is also an indispensable important link in talent development strategy. At present, the field of education in China is experiencing a new period of talent training and development through reform and innovation. However, there are some problems in the management of talent training in this period. It has seriously affected the harmonious unity of talent education management and talent training development.
