【摘要】：以職業(yè)生存狀態(tài)為基礎(chǔ),通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,從個(gè)人因素、工作特性、組織支持、社會(huì)支持4個(gè)方面對(duì)中小學(xué)體育教師職業(yè)幸福感的影響因素進(jìn)行研究,結(jié)果表明:個(gè)人因素、工作特性、組織支持、社會(huì)支持均與中小學(xué)體育教師職業(yè)幸福感顯著相關(guān),其中最為重要的因素包括:(1)中小學(xué)體育教師對(duì)工作的期待和興趣以及自我價(jià)值的實(shí)現(xiàn);(2)中小學(xué)體育教師工作與健康緊密聯(lián)系的特點(diǎn),以及在工作中特有的成就感和挑戰(zhàn)性;(3)學(xué)校對(duì)中小學(xué)體育教師工作的合理評(píng)價(jià)和積極鼓勵(lì);(4)家長(zhǎng)及家人朋友對(duì)中小學(xué)體育教師工作的支持。由此提出提升中小學(xué)體育教師職業(yè)幸福感的策略:(1)加強(qiáng)體育教師文化建設(shè),提高體育教師職業(yè)認(rèn)同感和群體凝聚力;(2)促進(jìn)中小學(xué)體育教師專業(yè)發(fā)展,提升體育教師工作成就感;(3)完善學(xué)校管理制度,建立合理的中小學(xué)體育教師工作評(píng)價(jià)體系和激勵(lì)機(jī)制;(4)借助社會(huì)體育發(fā)展的熱潮,提高社會(huì)對(duì)體育教師職業(yè)的認(rèn)識(shí)和價(jià)值認(rèn)可。
[Abstract]:On the basis of professional survival status, through questionnaire survey and mathematical statistical analysis, this paper studies the influencing factors of professional well-being of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools from four aspects: personal factors, work characteristics, organizational support and social support. The results show that personal factors, work characteristics, organizational support and social support are significantly related to the professional well-being of primary and secondary school physical education teachers. The most important factors include: (1) the expectation and interest of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools and the realization of self-value; (2) the characteristics of the close relationship between the work of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools and health, as well as the unique sense of achievement and challenge in the work; (3) the reasonable evaluation and positive encouragement of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools; (4) the support of parents and family and friends to the work of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools. Therefore, the strategies to improve the professional well-being of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools are put forward: (1) strengthening the cultural construction of physical education teachers, improving the professional identity and group cohesion of physical education teachers; (2) promoting the professional development of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools and improving the sense of achievement of physical education teachers; (3) perfecting the school management system and establishing a reasonable evaluation system and incentive mechanism for physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools; (4) with the help of the upsurge of social sports development, improve the social understanding and value recognition of physical education teacher profession.
