改革開放以來《人民日報》中小學(xué)教師報道研究

【摘要】:改革開放以來,國家十分關(guān)注教育事業(yè)和教師群體,我國教育事業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展,教師隊伍不斷壯大!度嗣袢請蟆肥俏覈罹吖帕陀绊懥Φ狞h報,其中小學(xué)教師報道勢必影響讀者對中小學(xué)教師的看法!度嗣袢請蟆方(gòu)的典型教師形象,也會影響中小學(xué)教師的自我認知!度嗣袢請蟆1978年至2013年每年9月的中小學(xué)教師報道共有1017篇。這些報道占據(jù)了各個版面,涵蓋了多種體裁,包羅了各種性質(zhì)的議題。隨著我國社會變遷,教育政策不斷調(diào)整,中小學(xué)教師報道的主題亦發(fā)生了相應(yīng)的改變。改革開放之初,中小學(xué)教師報道的主題是恢復(fù)教師名譽、提高教師地位;深化教育改革時期,報道主題轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)楦倪M教學(xué)方法、提高教學(xué)水平;新世紀以后,報道主題向建設(shè)教師隊伍和均衡城鄉(xiāng)教育轉(zhuǎn)變。教育改革、新聞改革和技術(shù)革新是影響中小學(xué)教師報道的主要因素。改革開放以來,《人民日報》中小學(xué)教師報道呈現(xiàn)出以下特點:內(nèi)容上,圍繞國家的教育政策設(shè)置中小學(xué)教師報道的議程;方向上,始終以正確的輿論引導(dǎo)人;形式上,綜合運用批評性報道、典型報道、系列報道等報道手法,增強報道的可讀性。1978年以來《人民日報》的中小學(xué)教師報道內(nèi)容豐富、形式多樣。值得注意的是,《人民日報》在重大節(jié)日開設(shè)的教師節(jié)專欄,架起了黨報與廣大教師聯(lián)系的橋梁。但是《人民日報》的中小學(xué)教師報道還存在輿論監(jiān)督不足、教師形象模式化的問題,可以從加強輿論監(jiān)督和報道豐富的教師類型兩方面來完善《人民日報》中小學(xué)教師報道。

Among them, the report of primary school teachers is bound to affect the readers' views on the teachers of primary and secondary schools. < People's Daily > the typical image of teachers, It will also affect the self-perception of primary and secondary school teachers. There are 1017 reports of primary and secondary school teachers from 1978 to 2013. These reports occupy every page, cover a variety of genres, including a variety of issues of nature. Along with the social change of our country and the adjustment of educational policy, the theme of primary and secondary school teachers' report has changed accordingly. At the beginning of reform and opening up, the theme of primary and secondary school teachers' report is to restore the reputation of teachers and improve the status of teachers, and in the period of deepening education reform, the reporting theme changes to improve teaching methods and improve teaching level. After the new century, the theme of the report changes to the construction of teachers and balanced urban and rural education. Educational reform, journalism reform and technological innovation are the main factors that affect the report of primary and secondary school teachers. Since the reform and opening up to the outside world, the report of teachers in primary and secondary schools has shown the following characteristics: in terms of content, setting the agenda for reporting by primary and secondary school teachers around the country's educational policies, guiding people in the direction of correct public opinion all the time; In form, comprehensive use of critical reports, typical reports, series of reports and other reporting techniques to enhance the readability of the report. Since 1978, the "People's Daily" of primary and secondary school teachers reports rich in content, various forms. It is worth noting that the teacher's Day column opened by People's Daily during the major festival has set up a bridge between the Party newspaper and the vast number of teachers. However, there is still insufficient supervision by public opinion in People's Daily's report of primary and secondary school teachers, and the problem of teachers' image stereotyping can be improved from two aspects: strengthening the supervision of public opinion and covering the rich types of teachers in primary and secondary schools.
