社會(huì)支持、自我效能與青少年體育鍛煉滿意度的關(guān)系

【摘要】:以上海市1296名初中學(xué)生為樣本來源,進(jìn)行青少年體育鍛煉社會(huì)支持量表、自我效能量表以及滿意度量表的測(cè)試,運(yùn)用層次回歸分析和結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型擬合的方法對(duì)三者之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):家長(zhǎng)對(duì)青少年體育鍛煉行為的支持與否,不會(huì)影響到其參加鍛煉的自我效能和滿意度,而同伴和學(xué)校對(duì)其鍛煉行為的支持度越高,則越容易激發(fā)青少年克服障礙參加體育活動(dòng)的信念,從而提高青少年對(duì)參加體育鍛煉效果的滿意程度,也就是說,同伴和學(xué)校的支持行為對(duì)于青少年體育鍛煉滿意度的影響,是通過自我效能這一中介變量實(shí)現(xiàn)的。建議:有效運(yùn)用青少年外在環(huán)境的社會(huì)支持系統(tǒng)提升自我效能進(jìn)而影響其體育鍛煉的滿意度,形成一個(gè)正向的循環(huán)機(jī)制,從而促進(jìn)青少年體育鍛煉習(xí)慣的養(yǎng)成。
[Abstract]:A sample of 1296 junior middle school students in Shanghai was tested with the Social support scale for physical exercise, Self-efficacy scale and satisfaction scale. The relationship between them is tested by hierarchical regression analysis and structural equation model fitting. The study found that parents' support for teenagers' physical exercise behavior did not affect their self-efficacy and satisfaction, and the higher the degree of peer and school support for their exercise behavior, The more likely it is to inspire teenagers to overcome obstacles and participate in physical activity, and thus to improve the degree of satisfaction of teenagers with the effects of physical exercise, that is to say, the influence of peer and school support behavior on the satisfaction of teenagers with physical exercise. This is achieved through self-efficacy as an intermediate variable. It is suggested that the social support system of teenagers' external environment should be used effectively to improve their self-efficacy and thus affect their satisfaction with physical exercise, and form a positive circulation mechanism, thus promoting the formation of physical exercise habits of teenagers.
