基礎(chǔ)教育課程國(guó)際化的比較研究——澳大利亞“亞洲戰(zhàn)略”與我國(guó)“非洲戰(zhàn)略”的思考

【摘要】:隨著全球化時(shí)代的到來,國(guó)際交流日益頻繁,基礎(chǔ)教育課程國(guó)際化改革服務(wù)于國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略需要已成為世界各國(guó)的共同趨勢(shì)。澳大利亞為確保其在亞洲世紀(jì)中的利益最大化,在基礎(chǔ)教育課程變革過程中,力圖通過學(xué)科內(nèi)容滲透亞洲元素,開展主題教學(xué)活動(dòng)和專門開設(shè)亞洲語(yǔ)言課程等舉措服務(wù)其"亞洲戰(zhàn)略"。而進(jìn)入新世紀(jì)以來,中非關(guān)系在各領(lǐng)域快速發(fā)展,但如何加強(qiáng)國(guó)人對(duì)非洲的了解,增進(jìn)與非洲的交往是我國(guó)"非洲戰(zhàn)略"面臨的主要挑戰(zhàn)。澳大利亞基礎(chǔ)教育課程在服務(wù)國(guó)家"亞洲戰(zhàn)略"方面的經(jīng)驗(yàn)值得我們研究和借鑒。我國(guó)基礎(chǔ)教育課程可以通過在學(xué)科內(nèi)容中滲透非洲元素、開展有關(guān)非洲文化的主題活動(dòng)、在基礎(chǔ)教育階段開設(shè)關(guān)鍵外語(yǔ)選修課程、加強(qiáng)中非雙方在基礎(chǔ)教育領(lǐng)域的互動(dòng)與交流等措施,有意識(shí)地為我國(guó)的"非洲戰(zhàn)略"提供對(duì)接和支撐。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the era of globalization, international exchanges become more and more frequent. The internationalization reform of basic education curriculum has become a common trend in the world. In order to ensure its maximum benefit in the Asian century, Australia tried to infiltrate the Asian elements through the subject content in the course of the basic education curriculum reform. Initiatives such as thematic teaching activities and specialized courses in Asian languages serve its Asia Strategy. Since the beginning of the new century, China-Africa relations have developed rapidly in various fields. However, how to strengthen the understanding of Africa and enhance the communication with Africa is the main challenge of China's "Africa Strategy". The experience of basic education courses in serving the country's Asian strategy is worth our study and reference. The basic education curriculum in our country can open up elective courses in key foreign languages in the basic education stage by infiltrating the African elements into the subject content and carrying out thematic activities on African culture. To strengthen the interaction and exchange between China and Africa in the field of basic education, and to provide the docking and support for China's "African Strategy" consciously.
