“52110”干預模式對中小學生健康飲食運動行為效果分析

【摘要】:目的分析"52110"干預模式對中小學生健康知識、行為干預效果,為中小學生肥胖控制提供合理干預措施。方法采用分層整群隨機抽樣方法,于2013年9月在寧夏銀川和吳忠市抽取學生2 148名,采用問卷調(diào)查和體格檢查方法,評價"52110"模式對中小學生飲食運動干預效果。結(jié)果寧夏銀川、吳忠2地區(qū)中小學生對于健康飲食知曉率較高。干預前12項問題均答對者,干預組比例(52.7%)高于對照組(42.5%),差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(χ2=14.036,P0.01);干預后干預組(69.8%)高于對照組(64.1%),差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(χ2=4.965,P=0.026)。干預后健康飲食行為中,干預組每天食用水果、蔬菜、肉類的份數(shù)均多于對照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P值均0.05);干預后健康運動行為中,與對照組相比,干預組高強度運動時間和看電視時間較少,中強度運動時間較高,差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P值均0.05)。干預組干預后,身高、體重高于干預前,收縮壓(SBP)低于干預前,差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P值均0.01),干預前后體質(zhì)量指數(shù)(BMI),舒張壓(DBP)差異無統(tǒng)計學意義;對照組干預后BMI、身高、體重均高于干預前(P值均0.01),SBP干預后低于干預前(P0.05),DBP干預前后差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論 "52110"干預模式對中小學生健康飲食知識知曉率和行為干預有一定的促進作用,能有效緩解中小學生超重、肥胖的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the effect of "52110" intervention model on health knowledge and behavior of primary and middle school students, and to provide reasonable intervention measures for obesity control of primary and middle school students. Methods A total of 2 148 students were selected from Yinchuan and Wuzhong of Ningxia in September 2013 by stratified cluster random sampling. The effect of "52110" model on diet and exercise intervention was evaluated by questionnaire and physical examination. Results the awareness rate of healthy diet was higher among primary and middle school students in Yinchuan and Wu Zhong 2 areas of Ningxia. The proportion of the intervention group (52.7%) was higher than that of the control group (42.5%), the difference was statistically significant (蠂 ~ 2 ~ (2) (14.036) P _ (0.01). After intervention, the intervention group (69.8%) was higher than the control group (64.1%), and the difference was statistically significant (蠂 ~ (2 +) 4.965 (P ~ (0.026). In the healthy eating behavior after intervention, the number of portions of fruits, vegetables and meat in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). In the healthy exercise behavior after intervention, compared with the control group, the intervention group had less time of high-intensity exercise and less time of watching TV, and the time of moderate intensity exercise was higher (P < 0.05). After intervention, the height and weight of intervention group were higher than those before intervention, systolic blood pressure (SBP) was lower than that before intervention, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.01). There was no significant difference in body mass index (BMI),) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) before and after intervention. The height and weight of BMI, in the control group were significantly higher than those before intervention (P < 0. 01) after intervention (P < 0. 01). (P < 0. 01). There was no significant difference between before and after), DBP intervention (P0.05). Conclusion the "52110" intervention model can promote the awareness rate of healthy diet knowledge and behavioral intervention of primary and middle school students, and can effectively alleviate the occurrence of overweight and obesity among primary and middle school students.
