山東省茌平縣農(nóng)村初級中學課余體育競賽開展現(xiàn)狀及影響因素分析

【摘要】:課余體育競賽是學校體育的重要組成部分,是完成學校體育任務,實現(xiàn)體育目的的主要途徑之一。開展課余體育競賽有助于增強學生的體質(zhì),提高運動技術(shù)水平,同時能夠加強學生之間的交流,緩解學生的學習壓力,通過組織多樣性的活動,激發(fā)學生參與體育的興趣,培養(yǎng)學生參加體育活動的需要和習慣,為學生的終身體育打下基礎。本文以15所茌平縣初級中學課余體育競賽為研究對象,選用文獻法、問卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法、實地考察法等研究方法,對茌平縣初級中學課余體育競賽的現(xiàn)狀和影響因素進行分析。調(diào)查顯示:茌平縣初級中學的教師和學生對課余體育競賽的概念和組織形式不全面;;大多數(shù)學校按照傳統(tǒng)舉行課余體育競賽模式,一年之內(nèi)開展兩次課余體育競賽,并沒有大膽的改進;課余體育競賽中的活動形式比較單調(diào),學生不能積極地、主動地參與課余體育競賽中;少量的學校每年都沒有開展課余體育競賽計劃,無法保證競賽的順利開展;一少部分的教師和學生對開展課余體育競賽持消極的態(tài)度;茌平縣對初級中學的體育經(jīng)費的分配不均衡,導致有一部分體育教師認為開展課余體育經(jīng)費嚴重不足,無法為課余體育競賽的順利開展提供足夠的物質(zhì)保障。要想提高茌平縣初級中學課余體育競賽的質(zhì)量和水平,需要做到:第一,加大茌平縣初級中學教師和學生對課余體育競賽的認識。第二,轉(zhuǎn)變體育教師的教學觀,促進全體學生的發(fā)展。第三,改變學生觀,學生是體育競賽的主體,教師要喚醒學生的主體意識,充分發(fā)展學生的個性。第四,體育課與體育競賽相結(jié)合。第五,建全體育經(jīng)費的投入機制,為茌平縣課余體育競賽的順利開展提供可靠的物質(zhì)保證。第六,深化課余體育競賽體制的改革,鼓勵學校多組織健身性、娛樂性、趣味性的體育比賽活動。
[Abstract]:Extracurricular sports competition is an important part of school physical education and one of the main ways to accomplish the task of school physical education and to realize the goal of physical education. The development of extracurricular sports competitions can help to strengthen students' physique and improve their sports skills, at the same time, it can strengthen the communication among students, relieve the pressure of students' study, and stimulate students' interest in participating in sports by organizing diversified activities. Cultivate students' needs and habits to participate in sports activities, and lay the foundation for students'lifelong physical education. This paper takes 15 junior middle schools in Chiping County as the research object, chooses the literature method, the questionnaire survey method, the mathematical statistics method, the field investigation method and so on research method. This paper analyzes the present situation and influencing factors of extracurricular sports competition in Chiping junior middle school. The investigation shows that teachers and students of Chiping junior middle school have not comprehensive concept and organization form of extracurricular sports competition; Most schools hold extracurricular sports competitions in accordance with the traditional mode, and carry out two extracurricular sports competitions within a year, without bold improvement; The form of activities in extracurricular sports competitions is rather monotonous, students can not actively participate in after-school sports competitions, a small number of schools do not carry out after-school sports competition plan every year, can not ensure the smooth development of the competition; A small number of teachers and students have a negative attitude towards the development of extracurricular sports competitions; The uneven distribution of sports funds in Chiping County leads some PE teachers to think that there is a serious shortage of after-school sports funds, which can not provide sufficient material guarantee for the smooth development of after-school sports competitions. In order to improve the quality and level of extracurricular sports competition in Chiping junior middle school, we should: first, increase the understanding of teachers and students in Chiping junior middle school. Second, change the teaching concept of PE teachers and promote the development of all students. Third, change the student view, the student is the main body of the sports competition, the teacher should wake up the student's main body consciousness, fully develop the student's individuality. Fourth, physical education and sports competition combined. Fifth, build the investment mechanism of sports funds to provide reliable material guarantee for the smooth development of after-school sports competition in Chiping County. Sixth, deepen the reform of extracurricular sports competition system, and encourage schools to organize more fitness, entertainment and fun sports activities.
