【摘要】：詞匯是構(gòu)成語言不可缺少的要素之一。隨著中學(xué)英語詞匯數(shù)量的增長,很多學(xué)生普遍感到英語單詞難記。這將會直接影響著他們學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣和積極性。因此,加強(qiáng)初中英語詞匯教學(xué),培養(yǎng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)和運(yùn)用英語詞匯的能力,是中學(xué)英語教學(xué)的一項(xiàng)十分重要的任務(wù)。 2011年頒布《英語課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(實(shí)驗(yàn)稿)》(以下簡稱“新課標(biāo)”)對英語詞匯的學(xué)習(xí)和教學(xué)提出了明確的要求,對詞匯學(xué)習(xí)和教學(xué)既有量的要求,也有教學(xué)方式和學(xué)習(xí)方式的要求。初中英語教師是否會按照新課標(biāo)所提出的理念進(jìn)行詞匯教學(xué)也已引起專家們的注意并成為我們所關(guān)心的問題。在此背景下,本文的作者對青島市嶗山區(qū)的某所初中的詞匯教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀展開了調(diào)查以便于更好的提高英語詞匯教學(xué)的質(zhì)量。 6位初二級部的英語老師和133名學(xué)生(117名學(xué)生的問卷有效)參與了本次調(diào)查研究。本文采用問卷調(diào)查法,課堂觀察法以及訪問法對以下問題進(jìn)行了調(diào)查： 1.學(xué)生對詞匯學(xué)習(xí)的態(tài)度與看法是什么? 2.在教學(xué)活動中,初中英語教師主要使用什么詞匯教學(xué)方法? 3.教師是否學(xué)習(xí)過新課標(biāo)提出的理念并且將這些理念付諸實(shí)踐?如果沒有,問題出在哪里? 通過對數(shù)據(jù)的分析,作者發(fā)現(xiàn)： 1.學(xué)生普遍認(rèn)可了詞匯學(xué)習(xí)在英語學(xué)習(xí)中的重要地位,他們普遍認(rèn)為詞匯學(xué)習(xí)需要方法,渴望從老師那里得到學(xué)法指導(dǎo)。大多數(shù)學(xué)生希望自己的老師利用新方法來講授詞匯。 2.4名教師對新課標(biāo)提出的有關(guān)分級口標(biāo)要求與理念非常了解,2名老師基本了解。目前雖然有些老師在嘗試使用新課標(biāo)提倡的方法教授詞匯,但大多數(shù)時候老師們?nèi)允褂脗鹘y(tǒng)的方法教授詞匯 3.目前詞匯教學(xué)狀況與新課標(biāo)倡導(dǎo)的理念產(chǎn)生差距的原因主要是課時緊內(nèi)容多；教師已習(xí)慣用于傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)法,不愿做出改變。
[Abstract]:Vocabulary is one of the indispensable elements of language. With the increase of the number of English words in middle schools, many students generally find English words difficult to remember. This will directly affect their interest and enthusiasm in learning English. Therefore, it is a very important task for middle school English teaching to strengthen English vocabulary teaching and cultivate students' ability to learn and use English vocabulary. The English Curriculum Standard (Experimental draft) issued in 2011 (hereinafter referred to as "the New Curriculum Standard") has put forward clear requirements for the study and teaching of English vocabulary, and the existing requirements for vocabulary learning and teaching. Also has the teaching method and the study way request. Whether the English teachers in junior high school will follow the idea proposed by the new curriculum has attracted the attention of the experts and become our concern. In this context, the author investigates the present situation of vocabulary teaching in a middle school in Laoshan District, Qingdao City, in order to improve the quality of English vocabulary teaching. Six English teachers and 133 students (117 valid questionnaires) participated in this study. This paper investigates the following questions by questionnaire, classroom observation and interview: 1. What are the students' attitudes and views on vocabulary learning? In the teaching activities, what vocabulary teaching methods are mainly used by junior middle school English teachers? Has the teacher studied the ideas proposed in the new curriculum and put them into practice? If not, what's the problem? Through the analysis of the data, the author finds that: 1. Students generally agree on the importance of vocabulary learning in English learning. They generally believe that vocabulary learning needs methods and is eager to get guidance from teachers. Most students want their teachers to use new methods to teach vocabulary. 2.4 the teachers were very familiar with the requirements and concepts of the new curriculum standard, and 2 teachers were familiar with it. Although some teachers are trying to teach vocabulary in the way advocated by the new curriculum, most of the time teachers still use traditional methods to teach vocabulary 3. The main reason for the gap between the present vocabulary teaching situation and the idea advocated by the new curriculum standard is that there are more contents in the class and teachers are used to the traditional teaching methods and are unwilling to make changes.
