【摘要】：正班主任工作最大的特點是千頭萬緒,繁瑣而忙碌。門窗損壞了,我們得第一時間趕到現(xiàn)場,調(diào)查原因,甚至還要當"修理工";某某學生流鼻血了,班主任要帶到醫(yī)務(wù)室處理;學生下課不小心扎破了手,甚至尿褲子了;等等。班主任每一天都要時刻面對并處理難以"預設(shè)"的種種繁瑣事件,就像一只陀螺不停地旋轉(zhuǎn)。尤其是當下,家長和社會給予老師們種種要求,如何放松那一根根緊繃的神經(jīng),如何在忙碌中減壓,直接影響著班主任的
[Abstract]:The biggest characteristic of the head teacher's work is multitudinous, tedious and busy. The doors and windows were damaged, we had to rush to the scene as soon as possible to investigate the cause, and even to be a "repairman"; so and so on, the student had nosebleeds, and the head teacher would take them to the infirmary to handle them; the students had accidentally punctured their hands and even peed their pants after class; and so on.
