農(nóng)村初中語文教師素質(zhì)現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查研究

【摘要】:我國是農(nóng)業(yè)大國,農(nóng)村的教育在基礎(chǔ)教育中占有十分重要的地位,而教師的素質(zhì)關(guān)系到農(nóng)村學(xué)校的教育質(zhì)量。目前,農(nóng)村初中語文教學(xué)問題尤為嚴重。因此,要想解決農(nóng)村初中語文教學(xué)問題,關(guān)鍵是要提高農(nóng)村初中語文教師素質(zhì)。語文教師的素質(zhì)主要包括語文教師的教育教學(xué)的理念、語文教師的知識素養(yǎng)、語文教師的師德修養(yǎng)、語文教師的能力素質(zhì)和語文教師的身心健康狀況等,而農(nóng)村初中語文教師的素質(zhì)在這幾方面存在很大的問題。為了了解農(nóng)村初中語文教師的素質(zhì)現(xiàn)狀,筆者對農(nóng)村初中學(xué)校的部分學(xué)生和教師進行問卷調(diào)查和訪談,分析研究其素質(zhì)缺失的原因,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出提高農(nóng)村初中語文教師素質(zhì)的策略。首先要更新農(nóng)村初中語文教師的教育觀念,增強農(nóng)村初中語文教師的責(zé)任感;其次是培養(yǎng)農(nóng)村初中語文教師對自己職業(yè)的認同感,充分地認同自己的職業(yè)特點與任務(wù);第三要關(guān)注農(nóng)村初中語文教師的身體健康和心理健康;最后要培養(yǎng)語文教師的聽、說、讀、寫等扎實的教學(xué)基本功。調(diào)查農(nóng)村初中語文教師素質(zhì)存在的問題,分析其素質(zhì)缺失的原因,提出相應(yīng)的策略,基于這樣的寫作思路來展開對農(nóng)村初中語文教師素質(zhì)問題的研究,期望對提高農(nóng)村初中語文教師素質(zhì)提供有益的建議。
[Abstract]:China is a big agricultural country, rural education plays an important role in basic education, and the quality of teachers is related to the quality of rural schools. At present, the rural junior middle school Chinese teaching problem is particularly serious. Therefore, to solve the problem of junior middle school Chinese teaching, the key is to improve the quality of rural junior middle school Chinese teachers. The quality of Chinese teachers mainly includes the concept of Chinese teachers' education and teaching, the knowledge literacy of Chinese teachers, the moral accomplishment of Chinese teachers, the ability quality of Chinese teachers and the physical and mental health of Chinese teachers, etc. But the rural junior middle school Chinese teacher's quality has the very big question in these several aspects. In order to understand the present situation of the quality of Chinese teachers in rural junior high schools, the author conducted questionnaires and interviews with some students and teachers of junior high schools in rural areas, and analyzed the reasons for their lack of quality. On the basis of this, the paper puts forward some strategies to improve the quality of Chinese teachers in junior middle schools in rural areas. Firstly, it is necessary to renew the educational concept of Chinese teachers in rural junior high school, to strengthen the sense of responsibility of Chinese teachers in junior middle school, to cultivate the sense of identity of Chinese teachers in junior middle schools to their own occupation, and to fully identify with their professional characteristics and tasks. Third, we should pay attention to the physical and mental health of the rural junior middle school Chinese teachers, and finally train the Chinese teachers' basic teaching skills, such as listening, speaking, reading, writing and so on. This paper investigates the problems existing in the quality of junior middle school Chinese teachers in rural areas, analyzes the reasons for their lack of quality, and puts forward the corresponding strategies, based on which the research on the quality of Chinese teachers in junior middle schools in rural areas is carried out. Hope to improve the quality of junior high school Chinese teachers in rural areas to provide useful suggestions.
