【摘要】：體育高考生的培養(yǎng),不僅要追求身體素質(zhì)的提高,也要加強(qiáng)學(xué)生對文化課的學(xué)習(xí),這給培養(yǎng)者和培養(yǎng)對象雙方帶來了一定的壓力。盤山縣高級中學(xué)根據(jù)學(xué)生發(fā)展的需求,將學(xué)生有組織、有目的的編排成一個班級進(jìn)行訓(xùn)練和學(xué)習(xí),為了培養(yǎng)優(yōu)秀的體育特長生,學(xué)校已經(jīng)嘗試了多種方法,形成自己獨(dú)有的培養(yǎng)人才特色,為體育生的輸送提供了源源不斷的活力。研究體育特色班學(xué)生培養(yǎng)機(jī)制的問題,促進(jìn)體育特色班長期有效發(fā)展,對社會的發(fā)展具有促進(jìn)作用。盤山縣高級中學(xué)擁有雄厚的師資力量,學(xué)習(xí)氛圍十分濃厚。本研究以盤山縣高級中學(xué)體育特色班為研究對象,通過對特色班學(xué)生培養(yǎng)機(jī)制的研究,探求體育特色班的辦學(xué)特色及有效經(jīng)驗。為了加強(qiáng)對體育人才的培養(yǎng),本文選擇具有代表性的體育特色班學(xué)生進(jìn)行研究,本文應(yīng)用了文獻(xiàn)資料法、訪談法等多種研究方法,對盤山縣高級中學(xué)體育特色班的管理體系、學(xué)生文化課學(xué)習(xí)、訓(xùn)練情況等進(jìn)行全面系統(tǒng)的研究,總結(jié)出體育特色班的辦學(xué)優(yōu)勢及所存在的問題,并提出相應(yīng)的改革措施指導(dǎo)體育特色班的發(fā)展,促進(jìn)高素質(zhì)體育人才的培養(yǎng)。通過研究發(fā)現(xiàn),盤山縣高級中學(xué)體育特色班近幾年取得了優(yōu)異的成績,雖然學(xué)生的文化課成績和體育成績都在不斷地提高,但是在文化課學(xué)習(xí)方面,學(xué)習(xí)興趣不濃厚,上課注意力不集中,寧愿冒著風(fēng)寒冷雨訓(xùn)練也不愿在教室學(xué)習(xí)的情況,對文化課的學(xué)習(xí)和體育訓(xùn)練同等重要的認(rèn)識遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠;在體育訓(xùn)練上,部分學(xué)生的態(tài)度不端正,意志不堅定;對文化課學(xué)習(xí)和體育訓(xùn)練的關(guān)系處理不得當(dāng),有些同學(xué)文化課成績好但體育成績不理想,而有些又剛好相反;學(xué)校的監(jiān)督管理體系也不完善。針對盤山縣高級中學(xué)體育特色班存在的這些問題,提出以下建議:學(xué)校的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)要加強(qiáng)對體育特色班的監(jiān)督管理,提供必要的資金、物質(zhì)和精神上的支持;教師應(yīng)不斷完善自身專業(yè)素質(zhì)水平,班主任加強(qiáng)對學(xué)生的管理和心理教育;學(xué)生自身要端正學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度,付出實際行動,積極完成肩負(fù)的使命。
[Abstract]:The cultivation of PE college entrance examination students should not only pursue the improvement of physical quality, but also strengthen the students' study of culture course, which brings certain pressure to both the cultivator and the training object. According to the needs of the students' development, Panshan High School organized and purposefully organized the students into a class for training and learning. In order to train excellent sports students, the school has tried a variety of methods. Form their own unique characteristics of talent training, for the transport of sports students to provide a continuous stream of vitality. The study of the training mechanism of the students in the characteristic class of physical education promotes the effective development of the class for a long time and promotes the development of the society. Panshan County High School has a strong faculty, learning atmosphere is very strong. Based on the study of the characteristic sports class in Panshan Senior Middle School, this paper explores the characteristics and effective experience of the characteristic sports class through the study of the training mechanism of the characteristic class students. In order to strengthen the cultivation of sports talents, this paper chooses the representative students of the sports characteristic class to carry on the research, this article has applied the literature material method, the interview method and so on many kinds of research methods, to Panshan high school sports characteristic class management system, This paper makes a comprehensive and systematic study on the study and training of the students' culture class, summarizes the advantages and problems of the sports characteristic class, and puts forward the corresponding reform measures to guide the development of the sports characteristic class. Promote the cultivation of high quality sports talents. Through the study, it is found that the Pan-shan High School physical Education characteristic Class has achieved excellent results in recent years. Although the students' achievements in cultural classes and physical education are constantly improving, there is no strong interest in learning in cultural classes. Class attention is not focused, would rather take the wind, cold rain training rather than study in the classroom situation, cultural classes and sports training as important as the understanding is far from enough; in sports training, some students' attitude is not correct, The relationship between the study of culture and physical training is not properly handled, some students have good results in culture but not ideal in physical education, and some are just the opposite; the supervision and management system of the school is not perfect. In view of these problems existing in the PE characteristic classes in Panshan High School, the following suggestions are put forward: the school leaders should strengthen the supervision and management of the PE characteristic classes and provide the necessary funds, material and spiritual support; Teachers should constantly improve their professional quality, strengthen the management of students and psychological education, students themselves should correct their learning attitude, pay practical actions, and actively complete the mission shouldered.
