【摘要】：家委會是現(xiàn)代學(xué)校治理體系的重要組成部分,當(dāng)前我國中小學(xué)家委會的建設(shè)尚處于初期�；诮逃�2014年的六省市調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),我們發(fā)現(xiàn)自2012年教育部下發(fā)《關(guān)于建立中小學(xué)幼兒園家長委員會的指導(dǎo)意見》以來,我國中小學(xué)在形式上普遍建立了家委會,家委會在參與學(xué)校管理活動、為學(xué)校提供各類服務(wù)、為各位家長代言等方面發(fā)揮著功能和作用。當(dāng)前社會輿論指出家委會運行中存在不少問題,諸如家委會成員的代表性不足、家委會功能流于形式等,本次調(diào)查表明,社會輿論中關(guān)于家委會的負(fù)面評價并不具有普遍性,家長們對家委會的評價是積極的。此外,調(diào)查還發(fā)現(xiàn),教師和家長對家委會存在較強期待,但雙方期待的立場是不同的�；谏鲜霭l(fā)現(xiàn),家委會的完善應(yīng)著重從以下幾個方面展開:首先,加大宣傳,提升家委會的社會影響,讓更多的家長認(rèn)識它、了解它、參與它;其次,家委會的規(guī)范化還需進一步提升;第三,克服家委會運行中的"學(xué)校取向";第四,強化家委會"自下而上"的定位,避免家委會"自說自話"的傾向;第五,家委會的功能有待進一步被認(rèn)同;第六,提高家長參與家委會的能力。
[Abstract]:The family committee is an important part of the modern school governance system, and the construction of the school family committee in our country is still in its infancy. Based on the data of the six provinces and cities surveyed by the Ministry of Education in 2014, we find that since the Ministry of Education issued the guidance opinion on the Establishment of Primary and Secondary Kindergarten Parental Committees in 2012, Chinese primary and secondary schools have generally established a family committee in form. The Committee plays a role in participating in school management activities, providing various services for schools and endorsing parents. The current public opinion points out that there are many problems in the operation of the Family Committee, such as the lack of representation of the members of the Family Committee, the mere formality of the functions of the Family Committee, and so on. This survey shows that the negative evaluation of the Family Committee in public opinion is not universal. Parents' comments on the family committee are positive. In addition, the survey also found that teachers and parents have strong expectations of the family committee, but the two sides expect the position is different. Based on the above findings, the perfection of the Committee should focus on the following aspects: first, increase publicity, enhance the social impact of the Council, let more parents know it, understand it, and participate in it; secondly, The standardization of the National Committee needs to be further improved; third, to overcome the "school orientation" in the operation of the Council; fourth, to strengthen the "bottom-up" orientation of the Family Committee, and to avoid the tendency of the Council to "say its own words"; and fifthly, The function of the family committee needs to be further recognized; sixth, the ability of parents to participate in the family committee should be improved.
