【摘要】：2009年開始實(shí)施的“校園足球活動(dòng)”是提高我國(guó)青少年參與足球運(yùn)動(dòng)的重要途徑和舉措,是我國(guó)足球水平不斷提高的基礎(chǔ),也是一項(xiàng)復(fù)雜艱辛的足球人才培養(yǎng)工程。從我國(guó)目前情況看,校園足球工作正在積極開展,實(shí)施了一系列相應(yīng)的改革措施,受重視程度也在日益提高。四川省的成都市和達(dá)州市有幸的成為了全國(guó)首批開展校園足球活動(dòng)的布局城市。四川省作為西部大省,經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平較低,足球基礎(chǔ)薄弱,校園足球工作面臨困境。校園足球活動(dòng)開展六年來,受到社會(huì)和學(xué)者的高度關(guān)注,該項(xiàng)活動(dòng)開展的最根本目的應(yīng)是以足球作為媒介促進(jìn)青少年參與體育運(yùn)動(dòng),提高身體素質(zhì),只有在達(dá)到這個(gè)目的的基礎(chǔ)上才能觸及更高層次的目標(biāo)。本研究通過文獻(xiàn)資料法、訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法進(jìn)行了關(guān)于校園足球活動(dòng)對(duì)四川省布局城市中小學(xué)生體育參與情況影響的調(diào)研和分析,調(diào)查了“校園足球活動(dòng)”對(duì)四川省布點(diǎn)學(xué)校中小學(xué)生參與體育活動(dòng)的影響情況。通過調(diào)查揭示了“校園足球活動(dòng)”在四川省是否實(shí)現(xiàn)了其最根本目的,是否顯著提高了青少年體育運(yùn)動(dòng)的參與度,并提出相應(yīng)對(duì)策。研究結(jié)果可以部分補(bǔ)充“校園足球活動(dòng)”評(píng)價(jià)體系的缺失,為“校園足球活動(dòng)”繼續(xù)開展各要素調(diào)整提供了參考。通過研究得出以下結(jié)論:四川省開展的“校園足球”活動(dòng)到目前為止并未取得較為顯著的成果,具體表現(xiàn)在足球項(xiàng)目并不是中小學(xué)生參與運(yùn)動(dòng)的首選項(xiàng)目;中小學(xué)開設(shè)足球課程的比例較低,并且大部分學(xué)生對(duì)足球課不感興趣,足球布點(diǎn)學(xué)校和非布點(diǎn)學(xué)校對(duì)于足球運(yùn)動(dòng)的重視程度差別不大。大部分布點(diǎn)學(xué)校都只是偶爾進(jìn)行校內(nèi)外足球比賽;很少的學(xué)校開展課外足球活動(dòng),學(xué)校課外足球活動(dòng)組織方面存在較大問題。經(jīng)常宣傳校園足球活動(dòng)的學(xué)校只有17.6%,不利于四川省校園足球文化的形成�！靶@足球”活動(dòng)開展以來,四川省布局城市整體參與足球運(yùn)動(dòng)的青少年人數(shù)并未顯著增加。布點(diǎn)學(xué)校校園足球活動(dòng)開展效果不理想,與非布點(diǎn)學(xué)校沒有顯著的區(qū)分度,校園足球活動(dòng)對(duì)四川省布局城市中小學(xué)生體育參與影響效果較小,沒能有效的促進(jìn)中小學(xué)生積極的參與體育活動(dòng),未達(dá)到校園足球活動(dòng)增強(qiáng)青少年身體素質(zhì)的初級(jí)目的。
[Abstract]:The "campus football activity", which began to be implemented in 2009, is an important way and measure to improve the young people's participation in football in our country. It is also a complicated and arduous project for the training of football talents. From the current situation of our country, the campus football work is being carried out actively, and a series of corresponding reform measures have been carried out, and the degree of attention is increasing day by day. Chengdu and Dazhou in Sichuan Province were lucky enough to be the first layout cities to carry out campus football activities in China. As a big western province, Sichuan Province has a low level of economic development and a weak football foundation. In the past six years, the campus football activity has received great attention from the society and scholars. The most fundamental purpose of the activity should be to promote the participation of young people in sports and improve their physical fitness by using football as a medium. Only on the basis of this goal can we reach a higher level of goal. Through the methods of literature, interview and questionnaire, this study investigates and analyzes the influence of campus football activities on the sports participation of primary and middle school students in Sichuan province. This paper investigates the influence of "campus football activity" on the participation of middle and primary school students in Sichuan Province. Through the investigation, this paper reveals whether "campus football" has achieved its most basic purpose in Sichuan province, whether it has significantly increased the participation of teenagers in sports, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures. The results of the study can partly supplement the lack of evaluation system of campus football activities, and provide a reference for the adjustment of various elements of campus football activities. Through the study, the following conclusions are drawn: the "campus football" activities carried out in Sichuan Province have not achieved significant results so far, which is manifested in the fact that football is not the first choice for primary and middle school students to participate in sports; The proportion of football courses in primary and secondary schools is low, and most students are not interested in football lessons. Most of the schools only occasionally play soccer matches outside and inside the school; few schools carry out extracurricular football activities, and the organization of extracurricular football activities in schools has great problems. The school that often propagandizes the campus football activity has only 17.6 aspects, which is unfavorable to the formation of the campus football culture in Sichuan province. Since the launch of campus football, the number of young people participating in football in Sichuan Province has not increased significantly. The effect of campus football activities in distribution schools is not ideal, and there is no significant distinction between campus football activities and non-cloth schools. The effect of campus football activities on sports participation of primary and middle school students in Sichuan Province is relatively small. Failed to effectively promote the primary and secondary school students to actively participate in sports activities, not to achieve the primary goal of campus football activities to enhance the physical fitness of young people.
