對話:教師核心素養(yǎng)的本質(zhì)、傳統(tǒng)與未來

【摘要】:對話是教育的本質(zhì),也是一種教育傳統(tǒng)。對話管理正在成為建設(shè)現(xiàn)代學校的理性選擇。上海市建平實驗中學積極探索以促進對話為核心的校本培訓,引導教師與自己對話、與學科對話、與學生對話、與同儕同行對話、與專家對話、與家長對話、與學校管理者對話,不斷提升教師的對話意識、對話能力與對話素養(yǎng)。
[Abstract]:Dialogue is the essence and tradition of education. Dialogue management is becoming the rational choice of constructing modern school. Shanghai Jianping Experimental Middle School actively explores school-based training centered on promoting dialogue, leading teachers to dialogue with themselves, subjects, students, peers, experts and parents. Dialogue with school administrators, constantly improve teachers' dialogue awareness, dialogue ability and dialogue literacy.
