無領導小組討論法在高中歷史教學中植入與價值的探析

【摘要】:在新課程改革大潮的推動下,教學模式與時代需要之間的矛盾促使著教學內容和教學方式的轉型,“有效教學”成為現(xiàn)代教師教學的基本目標。《普通高中歷史課程標準(實驗)》,以培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)代公民必備的歷史意識、文化素質和人文素養(yǎng)為最基本的課程理念,為新世紀高中歷史教學提供了宏觀的規(guī)范,充分體現(xiàn)了素質教育的精神。在擴展學生歷史知識的基礎上,充分發(fā)揮學生的主體性,注重學生歷史思維、歷史分析能力的培養(yǎng);注重培養(yǎng)學生歷史學習方法和增強學生歷史學習興趣;注重學生人文素養(yǎng)的培養(yǎng);注重素質教學,提高學生的綜合素質便成了新課程理念下歷史教學發(fā)展的方向。在素質教育形勢的推動下,優(yōu)化教師教學方式,改變學生學習方式具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。歷史學科為高中學習中的傳統(tǒng)學科,過去“老師講,學生背”的低效、固化的教學方式,缺少主動性和創(chuàng)新性,忽視了學生的思考過程,不能體現(xiàn)素質教育的特征,不能促進歷史課堂有效教學的實現(xiàn)。無領導小組討論作為一種高效的人力資源評價技術,現(xiàn)今已被人們廣泛采用。無領導小組討論具有評價和診斷功能,既可以作為人才選拔的測評工具,又可以作為人才培訓的診斷工具。將其作為一種教學方法,無領導小組討論能夠較好的發(fā)揮教師的主導作用,調動學生的主體作用,對學生自主學習意識的實現(xiàn)和課堂吸引力的提升也有很好的促進作用。將其運用到高中歷史教學中,對促進傳統(tǒng)高中歷史教學模式的改進,促進“有效教學”的實現(xiàn)具有積極的作用。本文通過對無領導小組討論的淺析,結合高中歷史教學中的具體情況及筆者實際的教學實踐和體會,較全面的研究和分析無領導小組討論這種方法植入于高中歷史教學中的原則、方法和價值。全文旨在通過理論和實踐相結合,形成一種可操作的新型教學方法,對高中一線歷史教師的教學起到積極的促進作用。
[Abstract]:Under the impetus of the new curriculum reform, the contradiction between the teaching mode and the needs of the times urges the transformation of the teaching contents and methods, and "effective teaching" has become the basic goal of modern teachers'teaching. The most basic curriculum concept provides a macro-standard for the history teaching of senior high schools in the new century and fully embodies the spirit of quality education. Under the new curriculum concept, the development direction of history teaching is to pay attention to the cultivation of students'humanistic quality, quality teaching and the improvement of students' comprehensive quality. Disciplines, in the past, were inefficient, solidified teaching methods, lacking initiative and innovation, neglecting students'thinking process, failing to embody the characteristics of quality education, and failing to promote the realization of effective teaching in history classrooms. Leaderless group discussion can be used to evaluate and diagnose talents selection and training. As a teaching method, Leaderless group discussion can better play the leading role of teachers, mobilize students'main role, and promote students' self-learning awareness. It has a positive effect on promoting the traditional high school history teaching mode and the realization of "effective teaching". Practical teaching practice and experience, a more comprehensive study and analysis of the method of non-leading group discussion embedded in high school history teaching principles, methods and values.
