【摘要】：目前關(guān)于教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的研究成果很多,然而具體細(xì)化到各個(gè)學(xué)科教師的研究還不是特別多。根據(jù)國(guó)家、教育部的相關(guān)政策和文件規(guī)定,高中思想政治課教師主要承擔(dān)著對(duì)高中生開(kāi)展思想政治教育或德育的重任,他們致力于使廣大高中生形成正確的世界觀、人生觀和價(jià)值觀,致力于提高學(xué)生的思想品德素質(zhì),使其符合社會(huì)的發(fā)展要求。這樣復(fù)雜而又艱難的任務(wù)毫無(wú)疑問(wèn)需要專業(yè)的人員來(lái)完成。作為其重要組成人員的高中思想政治課教師也應(yīng)該具備專業(yè)的素質(zhì)和能力,具備高尚的師德修養(yǎng)等。然而通過(guò)觀察現(xiàn)實(shí)生活,目前還有一部分高中思想政治課教師不具備這些應(yīng)該具備的素質(zhì)。本應(yīng)該形成廣博的知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu),不僅熟練掌握學(xué)科專業(yè)知識(shí),還應(yīng)該掌握德育方面的相關(guān)知識(shí),現(xiàn)實(shí)卻是知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)不完整,學(xué)科知識(shí)豐富而德育知識(shí)欠缺；本應(yīng)該熟練掌握學(xué)科教學(xué)技能和德育技能,現(xiàn)實(shí)卻是學(xué)科教學(xué)技能熟練而德育技能生疏；本應(yīng)該形成高尚的師德修養(yǎng),現(xiàn)實(shí)卻是教師放松自律等情況導(dǎo)致的師德失范頻發(fā)；本應(yīng)該形成自主積極的專業(yè)發(fā)展意識(shí)和能力,現(xiàn)實(shí)卻是高中思想政治課教師主體參與意識(shí)弱,一些教師職業(yè)理想欠缺,缺乏發(fā)展后勁。這些困境和問(wèn)題在相當(dāng)程度上影響和制約了高中思想政治課教師的專業(yè)成長(zhǎng)與發(fā)展,也進(jìn)而在一定程度上影響了高中德育的效果。因此,想要取得良好的德育的成效,想要推動(dòng)高中思想政治課教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展,必須加強(qiáng)改革和創(chuàng)新。各級(jí)政府和教育主管部門要為高中思想政治課教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展提供法律、物質(zhì)和制度保障；教師教育機(jī)構(gòu)和院校要為高中思想政治課教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展提供學(xué)術(shù)指導(dǎo),改革和完善師資培養(yǎng)、師資培訓(xùn)；高級(jí)中學(xué)要為高中思想政治課教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展?fàn)I造良好氛圍,搭建發(fā)展的平臺(tái)；高中思想政治課教師也要勤于反思,勤于學(xué)習(xí)和交流,從多方面推動(dòng)高中思想政治課教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:According to the relevant policies and documents of the Ministry of Education, the teachers of Ideological and political lessons in senior high schools are mainly responsible for carrying out ideological and political education or moral education for senior high school students. They are committed to making the majority of senior high schools. Students form a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values, and devote themselves to improving students'ideological and moral qualities, so as to meet the requirements of social development. Such complex and difficult tasks undoubtedly need professional personnel to complete. As an important member of high school ideological and political teachers should also have professional quality and ability. However, by observing the real life, there are still some high school ideological and political teachers do not have these qualities. This should form a broad knowledge structure, not only skilled in subject knowledge, but also should master the relevant knowledge of moral education, the reality is that the knowledge structure is incomplete. Subject knowledge is rich and moral education knowledge is deficient; should have mastered the subject teaching skills and moral education skills, but the reality is that the subject teaching skills are skilled and moral education skills are unfamiliar; should have formed a noble teacher moral cultivation, but the reality is that teachers relax self-discipline and other conditions leading to frequent moral anomie; should have formed an independent and active profession; The development of consciousness and ability, however, is the fact that the main body of high school ideological and political teachers participation consciousness is weak, some teachers lack of professional ideals, lack of development stamina. Therefore, in order to achieve good results in moral education, and to promote the professional development of high school ideological and political teachers, we must strengthen reform and innovation. Teachers'professional development provides academic guidance, reforms and improves teacher training, teacher training; senior middle schools should create a good atmosphere for the professional development of high school ideological and political teachers, build a platform for development; high school ideological and political teachers should be diligent in reflection, diligent in learning and communication, and promote ideological and political teaching in high schools from many aspects.
