農(nóng)村普通高中學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)品質(zhì)的實(shí)證分析及提升研究

【摘要】:學(xué)習(xí)品質(zhì)是指學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程中表現(xiàn)出的較為穩(wěn)定的態(tài)度,主要包括學(xué)習(xí)方法、學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣、學(xué)習(xí)能力和學(xué)習(xí)心理等。學(xué)習(xí)方法包括四個(gè)方面:學(xué)習(xí)方式、學(xué)習(xí)原則、學(xué)習(xí)手段和學(xué)習(xí)程序。學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣的特點(diǎn)有四個(gè)特性:實(shí)踐性、固化性、自動(dòng)化和心理依賴。良好的學(xué)習(xí)品質(zhì)不是一朝一夕就能養(yǎng)成,這需要一個(gè)長(zhǎng)期反復(fù)的過(guò)程,要不斷強(qiáng)化,要符合學(xué)生的身心發(fā)展規(guī)律,要持之以恒地滲透,久而久之,良好的學(xué)習(xí)品質(zhì)就會(huì)形成。但是,現(xiàn)實(shí)生活里,有很多的學(xué)生卻不同程度地存在著學(xué)習(xí)品質(zhì)的欠缺。筆者采用文獻(xiàn)分析法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、訪談、觀察法等研究方法,科學(xué)分析了學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)品質(zhì)養(yǎng)成的個(gè)體、家庭、學(xué)校、社會(huì)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)等多種影響因素,試圖通過(guò)我校的樣本問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,客觀分析了三類高中學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)方法、學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣、心理壓力等方面的客觀現(xiàn)狀,初步探討提升高中生學(xué)習(xí)品質(zhì)要遵循的原則,即循序漸進(jìn)、反復(fù)訓(xùn)練、抓住關(guān)鍵期、家校聯(lián)合、符合時(shí)代、實(shí)際出發(fā)、面向全體、因人而異、自我教育等原則,采取具體指導(dǎo)、鼓勵(lì)強(qiáng)化、榜樣示范、指導(dǎo)教育、家校合作、情境創(chuàng)設(shè)、目標(biāo)激勵(lì)等方法。同時(shí),應(yīng)做到學(xué)校、家長(zhǎng)、學(xué)生等多方合作,緩解學(xué)生心理壓力;關(guān)注學(xué)習(xí)全過(guò)程,提升學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)方法;全面培養(yǎng)和提升良好學(xué)習(xí)品質(zhì)。
[Abstract]:Learning quality refers to the relatively stable attitude of students in the process of learning, mainly including learning methods, learning habits, learning ability and learning psychology. Learning methods include four aspects: learning style, learning principles, learning methods and learning procedures. The characteristics of learning habits have four characteristics: practicality, solidification, automation and psychological dependence. Good learning quality can not be nurtured overnight, it needs a long and repeated process, to be constantly strengthened, to conform to the law of students' physical and mental development, to persevere infiltration, over time, a good learning quality will be formed. However, in real life, there are many students in varying degrees of lack of learning quality. With the methods of literature analysis, questionnaire investigation, interview and observation, the author scientifically analyzes the influence factors of students' learning quality, such as individual, family, school, society, network and so on. This paper objectively analyzes the objective status quo of three kinds of high school students' learning methods, study habits, psychological pressure, and discusses the principles to be followed in improving the learning quality of high school students, that is, step by step, repeated training, grasping the key period, combining home and school, etc. In line with the times, reality, facing to all, different from others, self-education and other principles, we should adopt concrete guidance, encourage reinforcement, model demonstration, guide education, home-school cooperation, situation creation, goal motivation and so on. At the same time, schools, parents and students should cooperate in various ways to relieve the psychological pressure of students; pay attention to the whole process of learning and improve students' learning methods; cultivate and improve the good learning quality in an all-round way.
