【摘要】：我國臺灣地區(qū)構(gòu)建的中小學(xué)教師評鑒指標(biāo)體系,其主要目標(biāo)是促進(jìn)教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展,并將教師評鑒劃分為不同的評鑒層面,主要以課程設(shè)計與教學(xué)、班級經(jīng)營與輔導(dǎo)為主要評鑒內(nèi)容。這種系統(tǒng)化、具體化的教師評鑒指標(biāo)體系,既規(guī)定了重要的評鑒層面,又預(yù)留了彈性空間,對我國大陸地區(qū)建立教師評鑒指標(biāo)體系有一定的啟示意義。
[Abstract]:The main goal of the evaluation index system of primary and secondary school teachers in Taiwan is to promote the professional development of teachers, and to divide teacher evaluation into different evaluation levels, mainly based on curriculum design and teaching. Class management and guidance for the main evaluation content. This systematic and concrete teacher evaluation index system not only stipulates the important evaluation level but also reserves the flexibility space which has certain enlightenment significance to the establishment of the teacher evaluation index system in the mainland of China.
