【摘要】：臺(tái)灣中小學(xué)教科書(shū)開(kāi)放政策已實(shí)施多年,但有關(guān)民間編本教科書(shū)的編輯、審查、選用、供給、使用、修訂與評(píng)鑒皆出現(xiàn)不少的紛爭(zhēng)與困境,甚至有要求恢復(fù)過(guò)往全面使用政府編本教科書(shū)之議。此舉卻也刺激了臺(tái)灣藍(lán)綠、統(tǒng)獨(dú)的敏感神經(jīng),引發(fā)一綱多本政策批判的論戰(zhàn)。有鑒于此,臺(tái)灣中小學(xué)教科書(shū)開(kāi)放政策所產(chǎn)生的諸多問(wèn)題實(shí)在值得深入分析和探究改進(jìn)。為了改善目前臺(tái)灣中小學(xué)教科書(shū)開(kāi)放政策的問(wèn)題,并且促進(jìn)教科書(shū)良性且長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)地發(fā)展。本文提出臺(tái)灣中小學(xué)教科書(shū)未來(lái)應(yīng)重視課程元素之間的邏輯關(guān)系,兼顧知識(shí)與心理組織,以教科書(shū)發(fā)展取代教科書(shū)編輯,政府編本與民間編本并行,提倡教科書(shū)借閱循環(huán)風(fēng)氣,教科書(shū)客制化,積極研發(fā)E化教科書(shū)和建立教科書(shū)評(píng)鑒、選擇的專(zhuān)業(yè)化制度等建議。
[Abstract]:The policy of opening textbooks to primary and secondary schools in Taiwan has been implemented for many years, but there have been many disputes and dilemmas over the editing, examination, selection, supply, use, revision and evaluation of non-governmental textbooks. There have even been calls for the full use of government textbooks in the past. The move also stimulated Taiwan's blue and green, sensitive nerves of reunification and independence, sparking controversy over policy criticism. In view of this, many problems arising from the open policy of primary and secondary school textbooks in Taiwan are worthy of further analysis and improvement. In order to improve the current Taiwan primary and secondary school textbooks open policy, and promote the healthy and long-term development of textbooks. This paper suggests that in the future, Taiwan's primary and secondary school textbooks should attach importance to the logical relationship between curriculum elements, take into account the knowledge and psychological organization, replace textbook editors with textbook development, and promote the circulation of textbook borrowing and borrowing by both government and folk textbooks. Textbook customization, actively developing E-based textbooks, setting up textbook evaluation, choosing specialized system and so on.
