【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)迅猛發(fā)展催促了人類文明的腳步,物質(zhì)生活豐富誘發(fā)了精神世界的追求。價(jià)值觀和婚姻觀的更新直接導(dǎo)致家庭結(jié)構(gòu)裂變,加上意外事故、疾病及未婚先孕等客觀因素的影響,單親家庭便成為社會(huì)發(fā)展的衍生品,單親家庭子女自然成為這一連鎖反應(yīng)的特色產(chǎn)物。愛(ài)的發(fā)源地被部分摧毀,不能同時(shí)投入母親溫暖懷抱和依靠父親寬闊肩膀的殘酷事實(shí),引發(fā)了孩子心理、品行、人際交往等多方面的問(wèn)題,致使單親家庭子女教育管理陷入窘境。高中階段是成長(zhǎng)的“多事之秋”,承受愛(ài)缺失、課業(yè)負(fù)擔(dān)、升學(xué)困擾等多重壓力的高中單親子女的教育管理問(wèn)題理應(yīng)引起家庭、學(xué)校、社會(huì)特別關(guān)注。為深刻剖析問(wèn)題根源,找到切實(shí)可行的解決辦法,本文采取問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、對(duì)比分析、文獻(xiàn)參閱等研究方法,對(duì)L高中單親子女品行、心理、人際交往、學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)及家長(zhǎng)教育背景等進(jìn)行多維度調(diào)查分析,調(diào)查樣本選取L高中不同年級(jí)的單親子女和教師,依據(jù)調(diào)查結(jié)果,匯總學(xué)校教育管理過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的主要問(wèn)題和學(xué)校教育功能缺陷,分析問(wèn)題成因。最后,結(jié)合L高中單親子女現(xiàn)狀和教育教學(xué)實(shí)踐,從調(diào)整教育管理評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制、強(qiáng)化柔性管理、挖掘?qū)W校教育功能、優(yōu)化家教環(huán)境和搭建家庭學(xué)校社會(huì)協(xié)同管理平臺(tái)等方面著重探究有針對(duì)性的教育管理策略,為高中單親子女健康成長(zhǎng)保駕護(hù)航。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of economy hastens the pace of human civilization, and material life enriches the pursuit of the spiritual world. The renewal of values and concept of marriage leads directly to the fission of family structure, and the influence of accidents, illness and pregnancy before marriage, and so on, and the single-parent family becomes a derivative of social development. The children of single-parent families naturally become the characteristic product of this chain reaction. The cruel fact that the birthplace of love was partially destroyed and could not simultaneously fall into the mother's warm embrace and rely on his father's broad shoulders has caused many problems such as children's psychology, conduct, interpersonal interaction, and so on. Causes the single-parent family child education management to fall into the awkward situation. The senior middle school stage is the "eventful autumn" of growing up. The educational management problems of the single parent children in high school, such as the lack of love, the burden of schoolwork and the difficulty of entering the higher school, should cause special attention to the family, school and society. In order to deeply analyze the root causes of the problem and find practical solutions, this paper adopts questionnaire, comparative analysis, literature review and other research methods to conduct, psychology and interpersonal communication of single parent children in L high school. The multi-dimensional investigation and analysis of learning achievement and parents' educational background were carried out. The sample was selected from single parent children and teachers of different grades in L Senior High School, according to the results of the survey. This paper summarizes the main problems in the process of school education management and the defects of school education function, and analyzes the causes of the problems. Finally, according to the current situation and teaching practice of single parent children in L high school, from adjusting the evaluation mechanism of education management, strengthening the flexible management, excavating the function of school education, In order to ensure the healthy growth of the single parent children in senior high school, we should optimize the family education environment and build the social cooperative management platform of the homeschooling school and so on.
