【摘要】：目的了解貴州省高中生性相關(guān)行為現(xiàn)狀及影響因素,為相關(guān)部門開(kāi)展青春期性教育提供參考。方法采用多階段分層整群隨機(jī)抽樣的方法,對(duì)貴州省6所中學(xué)2 523名高中生進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)自填式匿名問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,調(diào)查結(jié)果的單因素分析使用χ2檢驗(yàn),多因素分析使用非條件Logistic回歸分析。結(jié)果貴州省高中生邊緣性性行為報(bào)告率為36.7%,性行為報(bào)告率為4.7%;農(nóng)村地區(qū)性行為報(bào)告率(6.0%)高于城市(3.5%)(χ2=8.876,P0.01);男生邊緣性性行為報(bào)告率(43.2%)及性行為報(bào)告率(8.2%)均高于女生(31.6%,2.0%),差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2值分別為35.444,54.021,P值均0.05);看色情書(shū)籍/音像制品、吸煙、飲酒是邊緣性性行為的危險(xiǎn)因素(OR值分別為2.319,1.985,2.569,P值均0.01);男生、看色情書(shū)籍/音像制品、吸煙是高中生性行為的危險(xiǎn)因素(OR值分別為2.295,4.720,2.021,P值均0.01)。結(jié)論貴州省高中生邊緣性性行為及性行為報(bào)告率均較高,男生、農(nóng)村地區(qū)、看色情書(shū)籍/音像制品及有吸煙習(xí)慣的高中生是健康宣教的重點(diǎn)對(duì)象。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the status and influencing factors of the sex related behavior in high school in Guizhou Province, and to provide reference for the relevant departments to carry out adolescent sex education. Methods using multi stage stratified cluster random sampling method, 2523 high school students in 6 middle schools in Guizhou province were investigated by the anonymous questionnaire, and the single factor analysis of the results was tested by the chi chi 2 test. The multifactor analysis used non conditional Logistic regression analysis. Results the reporting rate of sexual behavior in Guizhou high school students was 36.7%, the rate of sexual behavior was 4.7%, and the rate of sexual behavior reported in rural areas (6%) was higher than that of the city (3.5%) (3.5%) (43.2%) and the rate of sexual behavior reporting (8.2%) was higher than that of girls (31.6%, 2). .0%), the difference was statistically significant (the value of x 2 was 35.444,54.021 and the value of P was 0.05); to see pornographic books / audiovisual products, smoking and drinking was a risk factor for marginal sex (OR value was 2.319,1.985,2.569, P 0.01 respectively); boys, looking at pornographic books / audiovisual products, smoking was a risk factor for sexual behavior in high school (OR value was 2.295,4, respectively. .720,2.021, P value is 0.01). Conclusion high school students in Guizhou province have high reporting rate of sexual behavior and sexual behavior. Boys, rural areas, reading pornographic books / audiovisual products and high school students with smoking habits are the key targets of health education.
