【摘要】：學(xué)校內(nèi)部治理結(jié)構(gòu)的完善有利于促進(jìn)教育內(nèi)涵發(fā)展。學(xué)校內(nèi)部治理結(jié)構(gòu)在演進(jìn)的過(guò)程中表現(xiàn)出較強(qiáng)的路徑依賴(lài),出于成本的考量、已有配套制度體系的強(qiáng)化、難以學(xué)習(xí)新內(nèi)部治理結(jié)構(gòu)的制約、對(duì)原內(nèi)部治理結(jié)構(gòu)高預(yù)期的限制、既得利益者的阻礙、傳統(tǒng)觀念意識(shí)的束縛均使既有路徑表現(xiàn)出自我強(qiáng)化機(jī)制。為此,應(yīng)完善制度體系,以減少原制度網(wǎng)絡(luò)的限制、降低變革成本;創(chuàng)建變革內(nèi)部動(dòng)力,以提高成員的學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)、改變其對(duì)原結(jié)構(gòu)的預(yù)期;建立有效激勵(lì)機(jī)制,以減少利益者的阻撓;促進(jìn)多主體參與,并提升治理主體的觀念意識(shí)。以此實(shí)現(xiàn)路徑突破,打破原有內(nèi)部治理結(jié)構(gòu)的路徑鎖定。
[Abstract]:The improvement of school internal governance structure is conducive to promoting the development of educational connotation. The internal governance structure of the school shows a strong path dependence in the process of evolution. Due to the consideration of cost, the system of supporting system has been strengthened, it is difficult to learn the constraints of the new internal governance structure, which limits the high expectation of the original internal governance structure. The hindrance of vested interests and the bondage of traditional idea make the existing path express self-strengthening mechanism. Therefore, we should perfect the institutional system to reduce the limitations of the original institutional network and reduce the cost of change; create the internal motive force of change to improve the learning motivation of members and change their expectations of the original structure; and establish an effective incentive mechanism. In order to reduce the obstruction of stakeholders, promote the participation of multi-subjects, and enhance the concept of governance. To achieve a path breakthrough, breaking the original internal governance structure of the path lock.
