河南省體育舞蹈專業(yè)考前培訓現狀調查研究

【摘要】:2008年河南省招生辦公室出臺了《河南省2009年普通高等學校藝術類專業(yè)招生實施辦法》,首次把體育舞蹈列入普通高考藝術統(tǒng)考的范疇,現在已有9所高校開設了體育藝術專業(yè)。雖然河南省體育舞蹈起步較晚,但隨著高校體育舞蹈專業(yè)招生規(guī)模不斷擴大,招生方式的不斷改進,應對體育舞蹈專業(yè)招生考試的培訓機構相繼出現,培訓水平與培訓規(guī)模也在不斷提高和擴大。為了促進體育舞蹈考前培訓機構得以更加有序與合理的發(fā)展,持續(xù)提升河南省體育舞蹈練習者的整體水平。本研究在認真分析我國高等院校體育舞蹈專業(yè)招生現狀與未來發(fā)展趨勢的基礎上,深入調查了河南省體育舞蹈專業(yè)高考學生培訓機構發(fā)展現狀,總結其在發(fā)展過程中存在的問題,并有針對性地提出了改進措施,以便能夠為提高河南省體育舞蹈專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)水平提供理論參考與借鑒。研究結論如下:1、河南省高校體育舞蹈專業(yè)發(fā)展保持著良好的勢頭,單招院校數量不斷增加,高考統(tǒng)招人數逐年增加,錄取分數線相對較低,生源情況良好。2、河南省體育舞蹈專業(yè)高考考前培訓的情況較好,培訓主要渠道以在教育局注冊的民辦學校為主、公辦學校為輔,學生參加考前培訓的動機主要以升學為目的,培訓計劃的制定和課程內容的安排與考試大綱要求高度一致。3、河南省體育舞蹈考前培訓機構的現狀主要表現在以下5個方面:(1)體育舞蹈考前培訓機構學生基礎較差;(2)體育舞蹈考前培訓機構學生男女比例失調,女生人數明顯多于男生;(3)大部分學生接觸體育舞蹈較晚,學習或訓練時間較短;(4)體育舞蹈考前培訓機構學生文化課成績普遍較差;(5)學生對體育舞蹈考前培訓機構培訓效果的滿意度較高。4、河南省體育舞蹈專業(yè)高考考前培訓存在的問題包括7個方面:(1)考前培訓機構及培訓方式的規(guī)范性差異性較大;(2)培訓機構或培訓場地選址過于集中;(3)學生考前培訓的內部動機不足;(4)由于考前培訓的目標比較單一,因此,考前培訓的課程安排較為單調,不夠科學;(5)考前培訓機構為學生安排的培訓時間較短;(6)河南省體育舞蹈考前培訓機構教練員水平良莠不齊,一些考前培訓機構教練員的業(yè)務素質和專業(yè)能力不高;(7)考前培訓機構場地、設施等條件差異性較大,一些培訓班的基本條件無法滿足學生的要求。5、促進考前培訓良好發(fā)展的主要對策主要包括以下7個方面:(1)規(guī)范體育舞蹈培訓市場管理制度;(2)對培訓機構準入進行規(guī)范審批;(3)完善體育舞蹈培訓教練員管理體制;(4)提高培訓機構的場地設施條件;(5)探索創(chuàng)新,實現“體教結合”;(6)提高學生對體育舞蹈的興趣;(7)不斷加大對教練員的培訓力度,提升教練員的整體水平。
[Abstract]:In 2008, Henan Province enrollment Office issued the "Henan Province in 2009 ordinary colleges and universities art major enrollment implementation measures", the first time sports dance included in the general examination of the art of college entrance examination category, now there are 9 colleges and universities have set up sports arts specialty. Although sports dance started late in Henan Province, with the continuous expansion of the enrollment scale of sports dance major in colleges and universities, and the continuous improvement of enrollment methods, the training institutions dealing with the entrance examination of sports dance major have emerged one after another. Training level and training scale are also increasing and expanding. In order to promote the more orderly and reasonable development of sports dance training institutions before the examination, the overall level of sports dance practitioners in Henan Province was continuously promoted. On the basis of analyzing the present situation and future development trend of the enrollment of sports dance major in colleges and universities in our country, the present situation of the college entrance examination training institution of sports dance major in Henan Province is investigated deeply in this study. This paper summarizes the problems existing in the process of development and puts forward some improving measures in order to provide a theoretical reference and reference for improving the training level of sports dance professionals in Henan Province. The research results are as follows: 1. The development of sports dance major in colleges and universities in Henan Province has maintained a good momentum, the number of colleges and universities with single enrollment has been increasing, the number of students enrolled in the college entrance examination has been increasing year by year, and the enrollment score is relatively low. The situation of students in Henan Province is good. The main channels of training are mainly private schools registered with the Bureau of Education, supplemented by public schools, and the motivation of students to attend pre-examination training is mainly for the purpose of further study. The formulation of the training plan and the arrangement of the course contents are highly consistent with the requirements of the examination syllabus. The present situation of the sports dance pre-examination training institutions in Henan Province is mainly manifested in the following five aspects: 1) the students of the sports dance pre-examination training institutions are relatively basic. The proportion of male and female students in the training institutions of sports dance before the examination is not equal to that of men and women. The number of female students was obviously more than that of boys. 3) most of the students were exposed to sports dance later. Learning or training time is shorter. 4) students of sports dance training institutions generally have poor results in cultural classes. 5) students' satisfaction with the training effect of sports dance pre-examination training institutions is higher. 4. 4. Training of sports dance majors before entrance examination in Henan Province The problems of the training include seven aspects: 1) the normative difference between the training institutions and the training methods is great (2) the location of the training institutions or training sites is too centralized. 3) the internal motivation of the students' pre-examination training is insufficient. 4) because of the pre-examination training, the internal motivation of the students is insufficient. Has a single goal, Therefore, the curriculum arrangement of pre-examination training is more monotonous, not scientific enough. 5) the training time arranged for students by pre-examination training institutions is shorter than that of students. 6) the level of coaches in Henan sports dance pre-examination training institutions is intermingled with each other. The professional quality and professional ability of the coaches of some pre-test training institutions are not high and the facilities and other conditions of the pre-test training institutions are quite different. The basic conditions of some training courses can not meet the requirements of students. 5. The main countermeasures to promote the good development of pre-test training include the following seven aspects: 1) standardizing the market management system of sports dance training. To improve the management system of sports dance training coaches 4) to improve the facilities and conditions of the training institutions. (5) to explore and innovate. To improve the students' interest in sports dance, we should increase the training of coaches and improve the overall level of coaches.
