高中教師文言文課堂教學(xué)行為研究

【摘要】:課堂教學(xué)行為,是國內(nèi)外教育研究領(lǐng)域的重要課題,是教育研究者和一線教師關(guān)注的焦點。尤其,自新課程改革推行以來,新型課程理念逐漸常態(tài)化,深深扎根于基礎(chǔ)教育的各方面。課程改革進入“決戰(zhàn)課堂、聚焦教學(xué)”的關(guān)鍵階段。隨著課程改革和教育研究的不斷深入,教育理念不斷更新,教學(xué)模式不斷改進,一線課堂教學(xué)環(huán)境不斷改善,教師教學(xué)行為也跟著發(fā)生了很大的變化。本文從高中文言文教學(xué)的角度,研究教師課堂教學(xué)行為,概述一般課堂教學(xué)行為和語文課堂教學(xué)行為的研究理論,尋求研究高中文言文課堂教師教學(xué)行為的立足點與理論框架;采用調(diào)查問卷、課堂觀察和教師訪談等研究方法,分析高中文言文課堂教學(xué)行為的現(xiàn)狀,反映出教師教學(xué)行為存在的主要問題:教師研究學(xué)生不夠全面、部分課堂教學(xué)行為形式化、過分依賴多媒體、課后反思不足;從新課程的教學(xué)理念和教學(xué)實際出發(fā),結(jié)合優(yōu)秀教師的教學(xué)經(jīng)驗和教學(xué)案例,探求改善教師課堂教學(xué)行為的思路和方法。筆者認為,教師的教學(xué)行為,要從學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)出發(fā),將傳統(tǒng)板書和多媒體技術(shù)有機結(jié)合,積極參與指導(dǎo)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)活動,并且通過不斷反思,改善教學(xué)方式,增強自身專業(yè)水平,提升教學(xué)效果,從而促進學(xué)生全面發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Classroom teaching behavior is an important topic in the field of educational research at home and abroad, and is the focus of attention of educational researchers and frontline teachers. Especially, since the implementation of the new curriculum reform, the new curriculum concept has become more and more regular and deeply rooted in all aspects of basic education. The curriculum reform has entered the critical stage of "decisive battle classroom, focusing on teaching". With the continuous deepening of curriculum reform and educational research, the educational concept is constantly updated, the teaching model is constantly improved, the first-line classroom teaching environment is constantly improved, and the teacher's teaching behavior has changed greatly. From the perspective of classical Chinese teaching in senior high school, this paper studies teachers' classroom teaching behavior, summarizes the research theory of general classroom teaching behavior and Chinese classroom teaching behavior, and seeks to study the foothold and theoretical framework of high school classical Chinese classroom teaching behavior. By means of questionnaire, classroom observation and teacher interview, this paper analyzes the present situation of classical Chinese teaching behavior in senior high school, which reflects the main problems of teachers' teaching behavior: teachers' research on students is not comprehensive enough. Part of the classroom teaching behavior formalized, excessive dependence on multimedia, insufficient reflection after class, from the new curriculum teaching concept and teaching practice, combined with excellent teachers' teaching experience and teaching cases, To explore the ideas and methods of improving teachers' classroom teaching behavior. The author believes that teachers' teaching behavior should be based on students' learning, combine traditional blackboard writing with multimedia technology, actively participate in guiding students' learning activities, and improve teaching methods through continuous reflection. Enhance their own professional level, improve the teaching effect, thus promoting the overall development of students.
