本文選題：學(xué)生成長導(dǎo)師制　切入點(diǎn)：實(shí)踐探索　出處：《華中師范大學(xué)》2015年碩士論文

【摘要】：隨著城市規(guī)模的不斷擴(kuò)大,一大批新城區(qū)初中學(xué)校涌現(xiàn),這里的學(xué)生,學(xué)習(xí)水平參差不齊,思想觀念、價(jià)值取向、生活方式也存在較大差異,班主任制度已不能完全滿足學(xué)生全面發(fā)展,全體發(fā)展和個(gè)性發(fā)展的需要。為破解班級管理及思想教育工作中遇到的諸多難題,推行以“班主任為核心,任課教師全員參與的學(xué)生成長導(dǎo)師制”,對學(xué)生進(jìn)行親情化,個(gè)性化,全方位教育服務(wù)已經(jīng)迫在眉睫。本文即針對這種新的班級管理模式進(jìn)行研究。本研究分為以下幾個(gè)部分：第一章為緒論,闡述了選題背景以及選題的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,通過文獻(xiàn)梳理了國內(nèi)外關(guān)于此選題的研究現(xiàn)狀,最后,說明了本論文的研究思路與研究方法。第二章為學(xué)生成長導(dǎo)師制的教育學(xué)理論基礎(chǔ),主要是闡述了該制度相關(guān)的理論依據(jù),以及與該理論有關(guān)的概念。第三章是以所在單位長沙市望城區(qū)星城實(shí)驗(yàn)中學(xué)為例,對學(xué)生成長導(dǎo)師制的實(shí)踐進(jìn)行研究。首先介紹了星城實(shí)驗(yàn)中學(xué)導(dǎo)師制的基本情況,包括實(shí)施背景,基本內(nèi)涵,導(dǎo)師要求,導(dǎo)師工作內(nèi)容,導(dǎo)師工作的基本原則以及導(dǎo)師獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)制度。其次,論述了學(xué)生成長導(dǎo)師制的實(shí)踐探索,主要探討了幾種典型的實(shí)施模式。第四章通過問卷調(diào)查,以統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)方法分析得出星城實(shí)驗(yàn)中學(xué)學(xué)生成長導(dǎo)師制的實(shí)施情況,并闡述了成長導(dǎo)師制實(shí)施后學(xué)校在各個(gè)方面所取得了成績,但同時(shí)也提出了在實(shí)踐過程中存在的問題,最后是針對存在的問題,提出了一些改進(jìn)方法。本文的最后是結(jié)論與展望,主要分析了本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)與不足之處,對該課題需要進(jìn)一步的探索與研究。
[Abstract]:With the continuous expansion of the city scale, a large number of junior high schools in the new urban area have emerged. The students here have different levels of study, ideas, values, lifestyles, etc. The class teacher system can no longer fully meet the needs of students' all-round development, overall development and personality development. In order to solve the many difficulties encountered in the work of class management and ideological education, "the head teacher is the core", The tutoring system of students' growth, which all teachers participate in, "makes the students more affectionate and individualized." The omni-directional education service has already been imminent. This article carries on the research to this kind of new class management pattern. This research divides into the following several parts: the first chapter is the introduction, elaborated the topic choice background as well as the topic choice realistic significance, Finally, it explains the research ideas and methods of this thesis. The second chapter is the pedagogy theory foundation of the student growth tutor system. The third chapter takes the unit of Changsha Wangcheng Xingcheng Experimental Middle School as an example. First of all, it introduces the basic situation of the tutorial system in Xingcheng Experimental Middle School, including the implementation background, the basic connotation, the tutor requirement, the tutor work content, The basic principles of tutor work and the tutor reward system. Secondly, it discusses the practice and exploration of the tutorial system of student growth, mainly discusses several typical implementation modes. Through statistical analysis, the author draws the conclusion of the implementation of the growth tutorial system in Xingcheng Experimental Middle School, and expounds the achievements of the school in various aspects after the implementation of the growth tutorial system, but at the same time, it also puts forward the problems existing in the process of practice. Finally, some improvement methods are put forward in view of the existing problems. The last part of this paper is the conclusion and prospect, mainly analyzes the innovation and deficiency of this paper, and needs further exploration and research on this subject.
