In 1998, the Education Ministry of Japan issued "Guidance Outline of Elementary Schools" and "Guidance Outline of Junior High Schools", which was the fourth time of reformulation. On the basis of the outlines of moral education, the paper introduced and gave simple comments on the current moral education from the policies, goals and contents, trying to provide some references for moral education of elementary and junior high schools in China.
日本文部省于 1998年底第 4次改訂了《小學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)指導(dǎo)要領(lǐng)》和《初中學(xué)習(xí)指導(dǎo)要領(lǐng)》 ,其中包括了對(duì)小學(xué)和初中道德教育的闡述 ,反映了文部省針對(duì)當(dāng)前日本社會(huì)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀、日本道德教育存在的問(wèn)題和世界的國(guó)際化趨勢(shì)在小學(xué)和初中道德教育領(lǐng)域所采取的積極措施。本文對(duì)這次改訂的道德教育的基本方針、目標(biāo)和內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要的介紹、分析和評(píng)價(jià) ,以期給我國(guó)的中、小學(xué)道德教育工作者提供一定的借鑒。
