【摘要】:中職生的學(xué)習(xí)倦怠是中職生學(xué)習(xí)興趣,學(xué)習(xí)積極性和學(xué)習(xí)自我效能感的綜合反映,它為我們提供了一個(gè)了解中職生學(xué)習(xí)現(xiàn)狀的嶄新視角。在學(xué)科方面,語(yǔ)文學(xué)習(xí)倦怠已經(jīng)是不容忽視的問(wèn)題。本課題基于現(xiàn)有的研究成果,立足教學(xué)一線(xiàn),旨在針對(duì)當(dāng)前中職學(xué)生語(yǔ)文學(xué)習(xí)的現(xiàn)狀、原因、影響等方面和對(duì)當(dāng)前中職語(yǔ)文教師的調(diào)查分析,著重討論在語(yǔ)文課堂教學(xué)時(shí)緩解“中職生語(yǔ)文學(xué)習(xí)倦怠”的辦法,總結(jié)出實(shí)踐操作經(jīng)驗(yàn),形成理論框架,進(jìn)而為廣大的中職語(yǔ)文教育工作者在語(yǔ)文教學(xué)中提供一些參考意見(jiàn)來(lái)為學(xué)生解決學(xué)習(xí)倦怠問(wèn)題,也為廣大研究者持續(xù)研究“語(yǔ)文學(xué)習(xí)倦怠”提供一些思路和途徑,更好的和諧“教”與“學(xué)”問(wèn)題。也希望能夠?qū)ふ业礁嘤行У霓k法,來(lái)解決中職生的語(yǔ)文學(xué)習(xí)倦怠情況,提高中職生心理健康水平和學(xué)校教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量,為中等職業(yè)學(xué)校語(yǔ)文教學(xué)改革提供參考依據(jù),促進(jìn)中職語(yǔ)文教育發(fā)展。本文主要分為四部分:第一部分是緒論,分析了本課題研究的背景和目的、意義等。同時(shí)分析國(guó)內(nèi)有關(guān)學(xué)科學(xué)習(xí)倦怠及語(yǔ)文學(xué)習(xí)倦怠,提出了本文在研究方法和教育理念上的創(chuàng)新之處。第二部分主要對(duì)相關(guān)的一些概念進(jìn)行闡述。第三部分開(kāi)展了中職生語(yǔ)文學(xué)習(xí)倦怠的調(diào)查,其中有聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)能力調(diào)查和語(yǔ)文學(xué)習(xí)現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查,通過(guò)這兩項(xiàng)調(diào)查,我們發(fā)現(xiàn)中職學(xué)生在語(yǔ)文學(xué)科上的學(xué)習(xí)倦怠主體現(xiàn)在情緒和行為等方面的反應(yīng)。緊接著,我們主要分析了造成中職生語(yǔ)文學(xué)習(xí)倦怠的各種原因。首先是從內(nèi)部尋找各種原因,有學(xué)生的自我效能感較低,不端正的學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度、不當(dāng)?shù)臍w因方式和不正確的語(yǔ)文學(xué)習(xí)方法都影響了學(xué)生正常的語(yǔ)文學(xué)習(xí);其次是外部原因,如學(xué)校,家庭,社會(huì)等各方面的影響。第四部分重點(diǎn)分析在中職語(yǔ)文課堂教學(xué)中緩解中職生語(yǔ)文學(xué)習(xí)倦怠。學(xué)習(xí)倦怠的原因復(fù)雜,今天,我們主要是探討在語(yǔ)文課堂上我們可以怎樣緩解這一問(wèn)題。目前來(lái)看,語(yǔ)文課堂教學(xué)實(shí)效性是欠缺的,部分教師教育理念落后,重知識(shí)灌輸、輕能力培養(yǎng),有些教學(xué)內(nèi)容設(shè)置不合理,脫離實(shí)際、落后于現(xiàn)實(shí)造成學(xué)生不愿意學(xué),評(píng)價(jià)體系單一等等。由此,我們?cè)谏窘逃汀耙跃蜆I(yè)為導(dǎo)向,以能力為本位”的職業(yè)教育理念下以及在語(yǔ)文知識(shí)講解與語(yǔ)文技能培養(yǎng)、課內(nèi)開(kāi)外相結(jié)合和中職專(zhuān)業(yè)差異性原則下,為緩解語(yǔ)文學(xué)習(xí)倦怠提出一些有針對(duì)性的措施。首先在思想認(rèn)識(shí)上重視不同專(zhuān)業(yè)不同層次的學(xué)生需求,其次在課堂教學(xué)中提高教學(xué)的實(shí)效性,然后在教學(xué)中改進(jìn)中職語(yǔ)文的評(píng)價(jià),最后在師生關(guān)系上建立和諧平等的師生關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:The level of learning burnout is the vocational students' interest in learning, reflect the learning enthusiasm and learning self-efficacy, it provides a new perspective to understand the status quo of vocational school students for us. In the knowledge, language learning burnout is a problem that can not be ignored. This paper based on existing research results, based on teaching the reason is, in view of the current situation of secondary vocational school students, language learning, etc. and the influence analysis of the secondary language teachers survey, focuses on ease the learning burnout of secondary school students' approach in Chinese classroom teaching, summed up the practical experience, theoretical framework, and for the majority of secondary language educators to provide some a reference in Chinese teaching for students to solve the problem of learning burnout, also provides some ideas and research of "Chinese learning burnout" for the majority of researchers continue A better way, harmonious "teaching" and "learning". Also hope to find more effective ways to solve the secondary vocational students' Chinese learning burnout, improve the level of mental health and the quality of the education of vocational students, to provide reference for the teaching reform of middle school Chinese occupation, promoting the development of education in Chinese teaching. This paper is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction and analysis of the research background and purpose, significance and so on. At the same time the analysis of domestic related disciplines of Chinese learning burnout and learning burnout, put forward the research method and the innovation of educational concept in this paper. The second part mainly expounds some related concepts. The third part to carry out an investigation of language learning burnout of vocational students, including written and spoken language learning situation survey and investigation, through these two surveys, we found that students in the language Literature on learning burnout and reflected in the behavioral and emotional reaction. Then, we mainly analyze the reasons caused Chinese Learning Burnout of vocational school students. The first is to find the reasons from the inside, there are students' self-efficacy is low, not correct learning attitude, inappropriate and incorrect attribution the methods of learning Chinese have affected the normal Chinese students; second is the external reasons, such as school, family, all aspects of society. The fourth part focuses on the analysis of Chinese learning burnout relief of vocational students in the secondary vocational Chinese teaching in the classroom. Learning burnout causes complex, today, we are mainly discussed in our Chinese class how can alleviate this problem. At present, the effectiveness of Chinese classroom teaching is lacking, some teachers educational philosophy behind the heavy knowledge, light ability, set up some teaching contents Unreasonable, divorced from reality, behind the reality created by the students are unwilling to learn, single evaluation system and so on. Thus, we in this life education and employment oriented education, occupation competency based "and the language knowledge to explain culture and language skills, open with foreign minister and vocational specialty difference principle course inside, in order to alleviate the Chinese learning burnout puts forward some targeted measures. Firstly, in the ideological understanding on the importance of the needs of students of different majors and different levels, and improve the effectiveness of teaching in the classroom teaching, and then improve the evaluation in Vocational Chinese teaching, and finally build a harmonious teacher-student relationship of equality in the relationship between teachers and students.
