【摘要】：21世紀(jì),教育面臨著諸多挑戰(zhàn),實(shí)施素質(zhì)教育迫在眉睫。新課標(biāo)要求以人為本,促進(jìn)學(xué)生全面發(fā)展,明確學(xué)生主體地位,導(dǎo)致教師觀念、教師教學(xué)方法都發(fā)生了巨大變化,而教學(xué)語言作為教學(xué)的重要手段,也需跟隨著教育的腳步轉(zhuǎn)變。中學(xué)教師是新課改的主要力量,其專業(yè)水平和質(zhì)素影響著新課改的深度和力度,而現(xiàn)實(shí)中,不少老師仍然受傳統(tǒng)觀念束縛,以個(gè)人講解為主,使用的教學(xué)語言也不盡如意,缺乏幽默風(fēng)趣,語言使用不嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)不精準(zhǔn),更談不上啟發(fā)性和引導(dǎo)性,導(dǎo)致學(xué)生大部分無心學(xué)習(xí),學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)一直無法提高,創(chuàng)新思維和能力更是沒有。作為一名優(yōu)秀的數(shù)學(xué)教師,從課堂氛圍的營(yíng)造到講解,問題情境的設(shè)計(jì),知識(shí)的形成,師生的互動(dòng)交流,無不體現(xiàn)他們深厚的教學(xué)語言水平,對(duì)于數(shù)學(xué)教師而言,只有不斷的學(xué)習(xí),摸索數(shù)學(xué)教學(xué)語言,才能提高教學(xué)水平,促進(jìn)學(xué)生更好的接受知識(shí)。為了改善中學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)語言現(xiàn)狀,本論文綜合國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者對(duì)教學(xué)語言的研究成果,設(shè)計(jì)出中學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)教學(xué)語言研究思路和方法。第一部分,介紹本論文的選題緣由,包括研究的背景和意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、中學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)教學(xué)語言研究思路和方法。第二部分,著重講解中學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)教學(xué)語言核心概念,包括介紹中學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)教學(xué)語言概念和類型,不同語言類型各自的功能與特點(diǎn),數(shù)學(xué)教學(xué)語言不同類型如何組合,銜接,平衡,互補(bǔ)等問題并通過大量的案例進(jìn)行深入分析講解。第三部分,通過對(duì)學(xué)生和教師以問卷和訪談的形式,調(diào)查教師教學(xué)語言的運(yùn)用情況。第四部分,分類型對(duì)中學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)教學(xué)語言提出改進(jìn)策略。本文有不少創(chuàng)新和亮點(diǎn),教學(xué)語言既是教師教學(xué)的基本技能和必要素質(zhì),也是教學(xué)內(nèi)容的重要組成部分,是教師和學(xué)生相互交流,傳遞知識(shí)的工具。一般來講,生動(dòng)形象富有啟發(fā)性的教學(xué)語言會(huì)直接影響學(xué)生的思考和判斷。本論文一方面將數(shù)學(xué)教學(xué)語言分為自然語言、數(shù)學(xué)語言和體態(tài)語言,并著重討論數(shù)學(xué)語言和自然語言的運(yùn)用情況和相關(guān)關(guān)系。數(shù)學(xué)語言和自然語言的功能、特點(diǎn)不同,改進(jìn)策略也分別不同,再次也進(jìn)行了分類討論。另外,兩類語言的組合、銜接、平衡、互補(bǔ)等問題是本文的一個(gè)基本問題,運(yùn)用了大量篇幅和實(shí)例來進(jìn)行詳細(xì)講解說明。整個(gè)論文條理清晰,論點(diǎn)明確,結(jié)論具有一定參考意義,對(duì)于提高自身的教學(xué)語言和科研能力,摸索出一些優(yōu)化教育教學(xué)語言的途徑和方法,形成自己獨(dú)特的語言魅力,體現(xiàn)自身的教育價(jià)值有一定意義。另一方面,本文以新課改為指導(dǎo)目標(biāo),從“知識(shí)和技能、過程與方法、情感態(tài)度和價(jià)值觀”三位一體的課程目標(biāo)和“以學(xué)生為本,促進(jìn)學(xué)生全面發(fā)展”的實(shí)際情況出發(fā),結(jié)合自身的心得和經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)各階段的數(shù)學(xué)老師,特別是剛站上講臺(tái)的青年教師具有一定參考指導(dǎo)意義,幫助更多教師豐富完善自己的教學(xué)語言,形成獨(dú)特的教學(xué)風(fēng)格,迅速成長(zhǎng)為一名合格優(yōu)秀的人民教師,為國(guó)家培養(yǎng)更多高素質(zhì)人才。
[Abstract]:In twenty-first Century, the education is facing many challenges, the implementation of quality education is imminent. The new curriculum requires people-oriented, promote all-round development of students, clear the status of the student body, leading to the concept of teachers and teaching methods have undergone tremendous changes, and the teaching language as the important means of teaching, also need to change with the education of middle school teachers is a major step. The strength of the new curriculum reform, the professional level and quality of the new curriculum reform affects the depth and intensity, but in reality, many teachers are still bound by traditional concepts, to explain the main use of the teaching language is also unsatisfactory, lack of humor, language use is not rigorous and not accurate, not to mention the inspiration with the guidance, cause most students interested in studying and learning achievement cannot be improved, innovative thinking and ability is not good. As a mathematics teacher, from how to build the classroom atmosphere to speak The solution, the design of the problem situation, the formation of knowledge, communication and interaction between teachers and students, they all reflect the profound teaching language level for mathematics teachers, only by constantly learning, exploring the mathematics teaching language, to improve the level of teaching, promote students to better accept knowledge. In order to improve the current situation of middle school mathematics language, this thesis gives a comprehensive domestic foreign scholars on language teaching research, design of middle school mathematics teaching language research ideas and methods. The first part introduces the reason of choosing this thesis, including the research background and significance, the domestic and foreign research present situation, the middle school mathematics teaching language research ideas and methods. The second part focuses on explaining the core concept of language teaching of middle school mathematics, including the introduction of middle school mathematics teaching language concepts and types, functions and characteristics of different types of language, language of mathematics teaching how to combine different types, cohesion, adjustment Balance, complementary problems and in-depth analysis to explain through a large number of cases. In the third part, through to the students and teachers in the form of questionnaires and interviews, the survey of the teachers' teaching language. The fourth part classification presents strategies to improve middle school mathematics teaching language.
