基于思想政治課程培養(yǎng)中學生公共參與素養(yǎng)

【摘要】:思想政治課以馬克思主義基本觀點教育為核心價值,在新課程理念下,致力于培養(yǎng)現代公民。隨著經濟社會的發(fā)展,“善治”成為時代的追求!吧浦巍敝,公民在公共事務中不可或缺而且其影響力也越來越大,和諧社會的構建離不開公民對公共事務的有序參與。高中學生即將踏入成人世界,經歷著政治社會化,必將在和諧社會的構建中發(fā)揮重要作用。可喜的是,高中生已經初步具有公共參與的意識,也具備一定的公共參與知識,然而值得注意的是,在中學生公共參與過程中一些問題也初見端倪。中學生在公共參與中,一些中學生缺乏公共參與的常識,同時也暴露出情緒化、無序化等問題,一些正常的權利實踐卻異化成極端事件。當然這些都不僅僅是高中生個人的問題,我們不得不反思我們的公民教育。當下某些學校在教育中充斥著極端功利化的追求,教育的工具化依舊明顯,課堂教學依舊沒有擺脫對傳統(tǒng)教學模式的路徑依賴,甚至在某種程度上強化著學生的義務本位,導致公民知識和公共參與實踐之間的脫節(jié),造成了學生個人對公共生活的疏離。培養(yǎng)中學生的公共參與素養(yǎng)是公民教育應有之義,思想政治課是培養(yǎng)現代公民的重要平臺。為此,針對中學生公共參與的現狀,筆者在思想政治課程的基礎之上,主要從學科課程和活動課程兩方面對培養(yǎng)中學生公共參與素養(yǎng)作些對策性思考。在課堂教學方面,筆者認為應當秉承“生活化”的教育理念,優(yōu)化課堂教學的方法,突出中學生的公共精神的培養(yǎng);在課堂教學之外,筆者主張通過校本活動課程的建設為培養(yǎng)學生的公共參與素養(yǎng)提供平臺,同時加強基于公共參與的研究性學習,從而培養(yǎng)學生發(fā)現問題、分析問題、解決問題的能力。
[Abstract]:The ideological and political course takes the Marxism basic viewpoint education as the core value, under the new curriculum idea, devotes to train the modern citizen. With the development of economy and society, "good governance" becomes the pursuit of the times. Citizens are indispensable in public affairs and their influence is growing. The construction of a harmonious society can not be separated from the orderly participation of citizens in public affairs. High school students are about to enter the adult world and experience political socialization. It will certainly play an important role in the construction of a harmonious society. Fortunately, high school students have a preliminary awareness of public participation, but also have a certain knowledge of public participation, but it is worth noting. In the process of middle school students' public participation, some students lack common sense of public participation, but also expose emotional, disorderly and other problems. Some normal rights practices are alienated into extreme events. Of course, these are not just personal problems of high school students. We have to reflect on our civic education. At present, some schools are filled with the pursuit of extreme utilitarianism, and the instrumentalization of education is still obvious. Classroom teaching still does not get rid of the traditional teaching mode of path dependence, and even to some extent strengthen the student's obligation standard, leading to the disconnect between civic knowledge and public participation practice. To cultivate the students' public participation literacy is the proper meaning of civic education, ideological and political education is an important platform for the cultivation of modern citizens. In view of the current situation of middle school students' public participation, the author is based on the ideological and political curriculum. Mainly from the subject curriculum and the activity curriculum two aspects to train the middle school student public participation accomplishment to make some countermeasure ponder. In the classroom teaching aspect, the author thinks that should inherit "the life" the education idea. Optimize the method of classroom teaching, highlight the cultivation of the public spirit of middle school students; In addition to classroom teaching, the author proposes to provide a platform for the cultivation of students' public participation literacy through the construction of school-based activity curriculum, and to strengthen research-based learning based on public participation, so as to train students to find problems.
