【摘要】:《國(guó)家中長(zhǎng)期教育改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要(2010-2020年)》提出“鼓勵(lì)學(xué)校辦出特色”,推動(dòng)各級(jí)各類學(xué)校辦出特色,已經(jīng)成為國(guó)家未來(lái)教育改革發(fā)展的重大戰(zhàn)略任務(wù)和目標(biāo)指向。因此,推動(dòng)學(xué)校特色建設(shè)的理論研究與實(shí)踐探索向縱深發(fā)展,就顯得非常必要。本文以學(xué)校特色建設(shè)為研究對(duì)象,以株洲市28所具有代表性的中小學(xué)校為案例,通過(guò)資料收集和整理,對(duì)株洲市中小學(xué)校特色建設(shè)進(jìn)行了研究。本文的框架分為五個(gè)部分,首先闡述了研究背景、研究的理論和實(shí)踐意義,在文獻(xiàn)綜述的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)學(xué)校特色和特色學(xué)校的概念進(jìn)行了界定和辨析,并介紹了本文運(yùn)用的三種研究方法,分別是文獻(xiàn)法、案例法和經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)法。本文的第二部分是株洲市中小學(xué)校特色建設(shè)的概況,介紹了株洲市開展中小學(xué)校特色建設(shè)的背景和過(guò)程,以及最具代表性的28所中小學(xué)校特色建設(shè)的概況。在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)株洲市中小學(xué)校特色建設(shè)的類型進(jìn)行了劃分,以科技、藝體、傳統(tǒng)文化、德育以及管理為切入點(diǎn),對(duì)這些學(xué)校特色的類型進(jìn)行了歸納整合,并且分析了各種類型的特點(diǎn)。在歸納和分析了株洲市中小學(xué)校特色建設(shè)的類型和特點(diǎn)后,總結(jié)了株洲市中小學(xué)校特色建設(shè)的主要經(jīng)驗(yàn),從選擇適合特色之路、形成獨(dú)特學(xué)校文化、打造優(yōu)秀的特色建設(shè)隊(duì)伍、規(guī)劃有效的特色建設(shè)工作這四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)。本文的最后一部分是中小學(xué)校特色進(jìn)一步發(fā)展的建議,學(xué)校特色是內(nèi)外因素綜合作用的結(jié)果,以此為基礎(chǔ)從教育行政部門和中小學(xué)校自身的兩個(gè)角度提出了相關(guān)的建議。
[Abstract]:The outline of the National medium- and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan 2010-2020 proposed that "schools should be encouraged to set up their own characteristics," and that schools of all levels and all types should be encouraged to set up their own characteristics. It has become a major strategic task and goal of the future education reform and development of the country. Therefore, the theoretical research and practical exploration to promote the construction of school characteristics to the depth of development. This article takes the school characteristic construction as the research object, taking Zhuzhou 28 representative primary and middle schools as the case, through the data collection and the arrangement. The framework of this paper is divided into five parts. Firstly, the research background, the theoretical and practical significance of the research are described. On the basis of literature review, this paper defines and distinguishes the concept of school characteristic and characteristic school, and introduces three research methods used in this paper, namely, literature method. The second part of this paper is the general situation of Zhuzhou primary and middle school characteristic construction, and introduces the background and process of Zhuzhou primary and middle school characteristic construction. And the most representative of the 28 primary and secondary schools characteristics of the general situation. On the basis of this, Zhuzhou primary and secondary schools are divided into the types of characteristic construction, with science and technology, arts and sports, traditional culture. Moral education and management as a starting point, the characteristics of these schools are summarized and integrated, and the characteristics of various types of analysis. After the induction and analysis of Zhuzhou primary and secondary schools characteristics of the types and characteristics. This paper summarizes the main experience of Zhuzhou primary and middle school characteristic construction, from the choice of suitable characteristic road, forms the unique school culture, builds the outstanding characteristic construction team. The last part of this paper is the suggestion of further development of the characteristics of primary and secondary schools, the school characteristics are the result of the comprehensive effect of internal and external factors. Based on this, this paper puts forward the relevant suggestions from the educational administration department and the primary and middle school itself.
