【摘要】：班主任在學(xué)校教師隊伍中有著舉足輕重的地位,他們的工作是學(xué)校教育工作的重要組成部分,既是育人者,又是管理者,因此,班主任工作的成敗對學(xué)校教育的發(fā)展和學(xué)生的成長有著重要影響。然而,班主任工作繁雜瑣碎、工作壓力大,加之教學(xué)任務(wù)的重擔和家庭生活的壓力,許多班主任在工作與生活中,常常感到迷茫、困惑與浮躁,而這些困惑、迷茫常常又會制約班主任積極投身于工作。因此有效解決班主任的困惑對班主任開展工作指出了明確的方向,對學(xué)校的教育發(fā)展具有推動作用,對學(xué)生的發(fā)展也具有重要意義。本文列舉了班主任現(xiàn)存的主要困惑,從幾個方面分析了成因,嘗試探索相應(yīng)的對策,期望給廣大班主任遇相似問題時提供指導(dǎo)與借鑒。本文主要分為四個部分,第一部分,主要闡述班主任工作的重要性,其在學(xué)校中的地位,以及解決班主任困惑的緊迫性與必要性。第二部分,主要分析了班主任存在的四個困惑,分別是班級文化建設(shè)的困惑、學(xué)生指導(dǎo)的困惑、教育關(guān)系協(xié)調(diào)的困惑和自我發(fā)展的困惑。第三部分,主要分析了班主任產(chǎn)生困惑的原因,筆者從班主任的專業(yè)能力、教育環(huán)境的影響和教育對象的特殊性進行了分析。第四部分,通過對班主任困惑以及產(chǎn)生原因的分析,筆者提出了幾點對策,首先,物質(zhì)精神雙管齊下,創(chuàng)建特色班級文化；其次,以生為本,巧用方法排憂解難；再次,整合多方力量,發(fā)揮合力作用；最后,協(xié)調(diào)溝通,做到班主任專業(yè)化。本文是在掌握已有研究理論的基礎(chǔ)上,將社會發(fā)展過程中引發(fā)的新情況和實際工作中遇到的種種難題系統(tǒng)地歸類、分析并提出合適的解決措施,做到了具體問題具體分析,對初中班主任困惑的解決采用了原則性與靈活性相統(tǒng)一的方法,期望能夠為班主任研究工作作出些許貢獻。
[Abstract]:The head teacher plays a decisive role in the school teachers. Their work is an important part of school education. It is both a educator and a manager. Therefore, the success or failure of a teacher in charge of class plays an important role in the development of school education and the growth of students. However, the work complexity and work pressure, coupled with the task of teaching the burden of family and life pressure, many teachers in work and life, often feel confused and impetuous, and these are often confused will restrict the teacher to actively participate in the work. Therefore, effectively solving the confusion of the head teacher pointed out a clear direction for the head teacher's work and promoted the development of school education, which is also significant for the development of students. This paper lists the main puzzles existing in the head teacher, analyzes the causes from several aspects, and tries to explore corresponding countermeasures, hoping to provide guidance and reference for the wide class teachers when they encounter similar problems. This article is mainly divided into four parts. The first part mainly expounds the importance of class teacher's work, its position in school, and the urgency and necessity to solve the confusion of head teachers. The second part mainly analyzes four puzzles in class teacher's existence: the confusion of class culture construction, the confusion of student guidance, the confusion of Educational Relations and the confusion of self development. The third part mainly analyzes the reasons for the confusion of the head teacher. The author analyzes the professional ability of the head teacher, the influence of the educational environment and the particularity of the educational object. The fourth part, through the analysis of the confusion and the causes, the author puts forward some countermeasures, first of all, both material and spiritual, create characteristic of class culture; secondly, the students, using methods to solve problems; thirdly, the integration of multi power, play the role of coordination and communication; finally, make teacher professional. This paper is based on the knowledge of existing research on the theory, the problems encountered in the process of social development will lead to the new situation and the actual work of the system to classify and analyze and propose appropriate solutions, make a concrete analysis of concrete problems, to solve the confusion of junior high school teacher by using the method of unity of the principle and flexibility and expect to make a contribution for the class teacher work.
