【摘要】:勞動(dòng)力資源供給與勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)需求的有效銜接對(duì)優(yōu)化區(qū)域內(nèi)的社會(huì)就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)具有重要意義。通過(guò)福建與臺(tái)灣在勞動(dòng)力資源供求關(guān)系方面的比較,發(fā)現(xiàn)福建存在勞動(dòng)力質(zhì)量不高、勞動(dòng)力資源結(jié)構(gòu)性短缺等問(wèn)題,其原因主要與勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)的層次分割、人才培養(yǎng)的學(xué)科專(zhuān)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的錯(cuò)位有關(guān)。協(xié)調(diào)勞動(dòng)力資源供求關(guān)系的關(guān)鍵在于教育發(fā)展與勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)需求的深度對(duì)接和良性互動(dòng),策略一是根據(jù)勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展需求優(yōu)化教育的發(fā)展規(guī)模、布局結(jié)構(gòu)、層次結(jié)構(gòu)和專(zhuān)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu);策略二是重點(diǎn)調(diào)整教育的類(lèi)型結(jié)構(gòu),大力培養(yǎng)技術(shù)技能型人才,完善技能型人才培養(yǎng)的層次體系。
[Abstract]:The effective connection between the supply of labor resources and the demand of labor market is of great significance to optimize the structure of social employment in the region. Through the comparison between Fujian and Taiwan in the supply and demand of labor resources. It is found that the quality of labor force is not high and the structural shortage of labor resources exists in Fujian, which is mainly due to the division of labor market. The discipline and specialty structure of talent training is related to the dislocation of industrial structure. The key to coordinate the supply and demand of labor resources lies in the deep docking and benign interaction between the development of education and the demand of labor market. The first strategy is to optimize the development scale, layout, hierarchy and professional structure of education according to the development needs of the labor market; The second strategy is to adjust the type structure of education, train technical talents and perfect the level system of technical talents training.
