【摘要】：針對某地雞舍通風不良和溫度分布不均勻的問題,采用數值模擬的方法,利用Icem劃分網格并通過Fluent穩(wěn)態(tài)求解,得到網格獨立解。根據模擬得到的數據,分析了雞舍活動區(qū)的溫度分布特性及其形成的主要原因,對比了雞舍內不同位置溫度分布規(guī)律,驗證了溫度分布的正確性。通過改變雞舍風量及管道開孔數量,優(yōu)化風管結構及送風量,得到較佳的通風設計方案,對冬季雞舍通風保溫以及夏季的降溫給出指導。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problems of poor ventilation and uneven temperature distribution in a chicken coop, the independent solution of the grid is obtained by using the method of numerical simulation, using Icem to divide the grid and solving it by Fluent steady state. According to the simulated data, the temperature distribution characteristics of the active area of the chicken coop and the main reasons for its formation are analyzed, and the temperature distribution laws of different positions in the chicken coop are compared, and the correctness of the temperature distribution is verified. By changing the air volume of chicken coop and the number of pipe holes, optimizing the structure of air duct and air supply, a better ventilation design scheme is obtained, which gives guidance for ventilation and heat preservation of chicken coop in winter and cooling in summer.
