山東建筑大學(xué)屋頂綠色化改造設(shè)計研究
[Abstract]:The continuous progress of urbanization in China has brought about a series of urban problems, such as shortage of land resources, rapid increase of energy consumption, environmental deterioration and so on. In crowded cities, it is undoubtedly a useful measure to explore and make full use of the energy saving potential of each space. As the fifth facade and the most important upper interface of the city, the building roof will play a more and more important role in the continuous development of the city. It is of great significance to study the utilization of roof in order to enrich the utilization of urban space and give full play to the effect of energy saving. Under the condition of serious shortage of urban land, the development of roof can expand the new idea of rational utilization of urban space and the application of energy-saving technology, is a new direction of three-dimensional urban construction, and can also make a contribution to urban land compensation. As an important part of the city, colleges and universities can not only provide experimental objects for the study of urban roof utilization, but also study the roof utilization and technical application of colleges and universities. It also demonstrates and popularizes the application and development of roof green technology in the city. In this paper, the data of roof greening, solar hot water and solar photovoltaic technology, the utilization of campus building roof space, the roof green technology based on photovoltaic power generation and roof greening, and the comprehensive application of space open design are collected and sorted out. Combined with the field investigation and photography and drawing of the roof of Shandong Architectural University, the design method of roof green technology suitable for the building itself is further analyzed. In this paper, the roof of Shandong Architectural University is taken as the research object to carry on the green transformation design of the roof. First of all, the present situation of the roof of Shandong Architectural University is investigated on the spot, and the campus architecture is divided into three categories: accommodation, teaching office and service according to the architectural function. The present situation of roof in each category is described in detail from the aspects of the development and utilization of roof and the characteristics of roof status. Based on the analysis of roof utilization, the roof is classified and the available roof area is calculated according to the relevant drawings, and the utilization properties and reconstruction potential of building roof are summarized. Secondly, it analyzes the applicable roof green technology of Shandong Architectural University, points out the problems existing in the promotion of roof green transformation in colleges and universities, analyzes the advantages and measures of Shandong Architectural University, and establishes the design principles of roof green transformation in colleges and universities. The applicable requirements and applicable roofs of solar hot water, solar photovoltaic power generation and roof greening are analyzed and summarized. Select accommodation, teaching office, service three categories of representative buildings for analysis and roof green transformation design. The cost calculation and benefit analysis of the scheme are carried out, and the shortcomings of the paper are analyzed, and the future research direction and content of campus roof are prospected.
