【摘要】：考慮風向的極值風速估計是準確估算建筑結構風荷載的基礎,但迄今為止人們針對這一問題的研究還不夠深入,尤其是各風向極值風速的相關性問題研究較少。該文首先對Cook提出的獨立風暴法進行了改進,提高了風氣候數據利用率,同時也使得研究各風向極值風速間的相關性成為可能;然后,通過分析不同風向極值風速之間的尾部相關性表明了良態(tài)風氣候下不同風向的極值風速的漸進獨立性,并開發(fā)了一種新的考慮風向的極值風速估計方法;最后,通過南京地區(qū)各風向極值風速計算進一步討論了該文方法的進步之處。
[Abstract]:The estimation of extreme wind speed considering wind direction is the basis of estimating wind load of building structure accurately, but so far, the research on this problem is not deep enough, especially the correlation of wind direction extreme wind speed is less studied. In this paper, the independent storm method proposed by Cook is improved to improve the utilization ratio of wind and climate data, and it is also possible to study the correlation between extreme wind speed of each wind direction. Then, by analyzing the tail correlation between extreme wind speed of different wind directions, the asymptotic independence of extreme wind speed of different wind direction in good wind climate is shown, and a new method of wind speed estimation considering wind direction is developed. Finally, the advancements of this method are further discussed by calculating the extreme wind speed of each wind direction in Nanjing area.
