【摘要】：在整理當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)外雙向水平地面運(yùn)動(dòng)反應(yīng)譜值代表值后,本文認(rèn)為考慮了記錄儀器所有可能水平放置方向的加速度時(shí)程對(duì)應(yīng)的所有單向加速度反應(yīng)譜值中的最大值是雙向水平地面運(yùn)動(dòng)反應(yīng)譜值的最佳代表值,稱其為雙向最大加速度反應(yīng)譜值(簡(jiǎn)稱BdM譜值)。建立Ⅱ類場(chǎng)地地面運(yùn)動(dòng)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),考察Ⅱ類場(chǎng)地不同地面運(yùn)動(dòng)類型BdM譜和單向加速度反應(yīng)譜Und譜的特性差異,結(jié)果表明:Ⅱ類場(chǎng)地同一地面運(yùn)動(dòng)類型下,二者在譜形上相似,但前者的動(dòng)力放大系數(shù)普遍大于后者,且二者差距隨著周期的增大而增大;同一周期譜值的平均值和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差,前者分別為后者的1.2~1.4倍和1.1~1.4倍。另外,與BdM譜相比,我國(guó)規(guī)范Ⅱ類場(chǎng)地設(shè)計(jì)反應(yīng)譜譜值在第一衰減段普遍偏小,在第二衰減段則低于很多地面運(yùn)動(dòng)類型的BdM譜值。因此,以我國(guó)設(shè)計(jì)反應(yīng)譜作為設(shè)計(jì)地震力取值依據(jù)所設(shè)計(jì)出的Ⅱ類場(chǎng)地工程結(jié)構(gòu),其設(shè)計(jì)地震力取值水準(zhǔn)高低不一,從而導(dǎo)致抗震安全性高低不一;以我國(guó)設(shè)計(jì)反應(yīng)譜為目標(biāo)譜選擇地面運(yùn)動(dòng)記錄預(yù)測(cè)出的Ⅱ類場(chǎng)地工程結(jié)構(gòu)的地震反應(yīng),危險(xiǎn)性水準(zhǔn)不一,在統(tǒng)一的性能評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)控制下,導(dǎo)致其實(shí)際抗震性能存在差異。
